Facility is not in the best condition. It is not cleaned at a high level. Does no have outlets by the nightstands which are nice in lamp base. Some things in the room didnt work.

Hotel is on the way to Santa Claus IN. Dennys very close. Isolated area no highway noise. Better rate then nearby hotel.

Breakfast sucked compared to most hotels. Room wasn't very clean. Odd bathroom setup - toilet and shower in one room, sink outside the bathroom.

Price was alright. Actually had openings compared to others in town.

After checking in, we put our bags in the room to find out that we did not receive the room that we reserved. We had reserved a king bed and received two queen beds. After talking with the front desk, the answer of cost was yet to be given. The hotel room itself could use an upgrade.

The location was close to our destination.

They charged my credit card without asking me for a payment method I was going to pay with cash and he would not change it plus the pool was not heated for being inside

Pool water looked dirty green. The carpet in room was wet an damp in lots of spots. Breakfast eggs looked watery and sausages needed refilled. We ate breakfast out. Hallway carpet needs replaced too. Hotel elevator was a rough ride!

There was no shampoo or soap in the shower dispenser; the TV was way too small for beds to be that far away from entertainment center. The pool looked green and was lumpy on the floor so kids toes got cut. The kitchen was only open 6am-9am, so the kids couldn't even get cereal at 8:50am when they asked....the lady told them no because she already put it up.

The location was good and there was plenty of room for sleep. Loved the counter space for vanity and getting ready.

room had kind of a moldy smell. Also the wifi would alternate between not working at all with no internet connection to working occasionally but very very slowly. Also every time any room nearby to ours flushed their toilet, our toilet would also make a loud suction noise like it was being flushed too. Couldn’t use the ironing board because a safe was installed on the floor beside where the board was mounted to the wall. Because of that you couldn’t pull the board out to use it. The safe was blocking its way. Shampoo and soap dispensers were extremely slow pumping. Seemed like we had to pump it a hundred times just to get enough to wash our hair. I’m sure they’re intentionally made this way to prevent guests from using a lot of shampoo or body wash or conditioner but I mean it was kind of ridiculous how slow they pumped. just the tiniest of drops would come out each time.

we we’re going to Holiday World theme park and this hotel was located just a few miles away. overall was pretty clean and staff was friendly.

upon arrival, I opened the door and the stench was awful, so I had to open the window, and found hair in the bath tub. the Wi-Fi didn’t work. not even on the tv. it says free showtime but never loads. the music channel works- kind of. it randomly glitches and the volume on the tv kept going up and down randomly. and the phones in the room don’t work. oh and there was a weird stain on my bed (pictured)

the breakfast was as terrible as I was expecting. I liked the pillows. the lamps worked and the AC was cold.

The refrigerator did not have a freezer. The ice machine on our first floor was broken and we had to use the one on third floor—the elevator was broken too. By 7 am, the hot breakfast items were almost empty, and there were not many people staying there.

The bed and bathroom were nice and comfortable.
