Was not expecting a VIP room but am NOT complaining. Room small and cozy, very clean. Front desk gal has been awesome!

The room was in an array of room/garage/room/garage...so I wouldn't hear noise from next door. It was handy to have a mini-fridge in the room, but note that it's a freezer! There was a 7-ELEVEN nearby. It was also close to downtown LA, old Chinatown, and new Chinatown.

United States1 review“Lies and misleading”Everything. The pictures and good reviews are false and misleading. This place is extremely run down, in a horrible area of east Los Angeles and there are very sketchy people hanging outside. I was so disappointed and uncomfortable, I didn't even stay there; I walked out.

I like that the place was reasonable price, at least during the week. I had my private bathroom and the staff attended my needs and also sent cleaning when i requested it

The room and bathroom looked clean but during our staying bugs were coming. It little bit expensive with respect to that room. Other hosts were noisy.
Staff was fine. Parking is availible for free.

The TV did not work, but suddenly turned on at night. Also we could not park our van in the motel parking lot, since the entrance was too low (no signs or info about that anywhere).

The room was run-down, cracks all over the floor, there's a burnt cigarette tray mark on the bath tub. Wifi is extremely slow, can't even load a webpage properly. Supposed to be non-smoking but there's people smoking at night so can't even open the window. Had a hard time sleeping as there are loud music and noises for three out of four nights we stayed there. Overall, do not recommend.

Germany27 reviews6 helpful votesVery goodA few nights it was a bit noisy(people talking until 1:30am,...). But that really didn't bother us. It was not the cleanest place(but for a Motel and the price no big issue).
We felt quite safe in this area and in the Motel. In the neighborhood you can find a 7-Eleven, Taco street food and the beautiful Lincoln park. If you don't have a car, line 78 will be your best friend(stop is only a 5 min walk away). The area is very Hispanic. You'll have a fridge in your room. The room lady was very friendly. All in all we were satisfied.
