Really sweet front desk staff- was very impressed with their offering of chowder at 5PM- a warm welcome to the Oregon Coast. They also served fresh cookies and a wonderful breakfast with tons of options. Quite frankly, this is one of the better stays we have had in Lincoln City with recently remodeled rooms, our room had a great ocean view- and relatively easy beach access!

Loud upstairs neighbors pacing back and forth for hours and making noisy sounds like maybe they had a dog at like 12-2am. No smoking on Patios. But I understand why. Other than that no complaints.

The loud group of people above us they were so loud on the balcony we turned our tv up and it drowned them out ! O and no tub thought I booked a room with a spa-tub and my room had no spa tube tears !! I fit over it the big hug shower and the water pressure was amazing man this place was just a great place even the two minor things it was still a great stay

The heated pool was awsome it was 28 out side and we got in the pool and it was so warm we had a blast oo and the ocean being right there easy trails and the soup they served was amazing also ooo and the cookies

The room smelled a bit musty. Also the room we chose stated it had a hot tub but that was not the case. Very disappointing. It was too cold to go in the one outside.

The room I booked was unlike the picture. It was older with a kitchen. Once I spoke with staff and questioned this, they fixed it and put me in a room with a tub and see-through showers like the picture.

We loved everything about the stay other than the dog in the room next to us. It barked quite a bit. The guests clearly left the dog alone because once we heard the people come back. The dog stopped barking as much. It was frustrating because we were getting away to relax and sleep/rest and the dog just kept barking loudly and really disturbed our stay. We will absolutely be staying again on our next trip to Lincoln City!

The breakfast was great! The staff were awesome! The gentleman who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. We relayed a slight complaint about the dog next to our room and he was so sweet and called to address the situation. He was so kind about it and didn't make us feel bad at all for complaining. It really felt like he cared that we had a peaceful time and was happy to support the non disturbance rule and enforce it to the other guests. The cookies and chowder were such a fun touch. We can't wait to book another stay! Thank you!

I didn't like how the pictures didn't match the room description. I was upgraded to the king suite because I fooled it into what I booked. Please make sure you call the hotel first to see what you're actually booking.

Alicia at the desk was amazing. She was super sweet and made our stay perfect! We loved our king suite room it was perfect. We had an ocean view with a nice soaking tub. It was a great Christmas getaway.

Booking had wrong room info with listing. I had to spend an hour trying to fix and charged extra. I would have went down street to better room and hotel but they wouldn’t refund, I got a decent room but paid over $200.

I do not have criticism. We were happy with our full experience.

The whole facility was wonderful. We enjoyed our room, the full kitchen, and most of all the amazing balcony and view. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. My daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! We traveled with a dog and were greeted and treated like we belonged there.

There was some error in the booking of the room and staff accidently cancelled and did not rebook my reservation. They found us a room which was still nice but not the upper floors as we booked in advance. We were scouting this location for future vacation stays. The hubby & I wished the slider had a screen door to at least hear the ocean or have a window that opened.

Beautiful beach location, great beach to walk on, size of the room was great, I liked the plush robes and great coffee cups. Good coffee tastes better in nice mugs

The internet kept going in and out on the television.🖥 Probably because the weather was horrible⛈️⚡️🌬💧, no fault of the Wonderful hotel.🤟

Loved EVERYTHING! The room was Absolutely beautiful and Amazing for the price. Full kitchen, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed. 2 bathrooms, 2 big screen TVs, deck to sit and see Beautiful ocean view!🌊 Free warm cookies 🍪 and hot homemade salmon chowder every night at 5 pm.😋🥣♨️ Yummy full breakfast every morning. We had to stay an extra day!🥰🫶💙
