Lovely facilities with gardens. Pool was an extra delight in mid-summer.

We didn’t get the room we reserved. We wanted a deluxe king room and they gave is 2 queens. There were no glasses in the bathroom to drink. The tv was hard to navigate with the streaming we just wanted normal channels. No housekeepers could speak English. We felt like we should get.up grated or not have to pay for parking

It was clean. Beds were good. It was our 44th year anniversary and we didn’t get any special welcome

We stayed in one of the motel rooms. They are confortable but look a bit old.

location is excellent. The hotel premisses. It looks like a fancy hotel surrounded by a motel. Nice restaurant serving good breakfast options.

During our longer travels in the US, this was the only hotel that had managed to “lose” our reservation. It took quite some time for them to find it, even after I was asked to show the confirmation

Light-rail bus is extremely noisy at night. Was not able to get good sleep due to the noise. Should have requested a room that does not face the street.

The courtesy of the front desk, and the valet staff. The room, although old, was in great condition and was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant the last night we were there, and it was very good. We will most likely stay with you again. Only we hope to try a tower room.

Shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. Although I made it a point to request late checkout in person, the staff was texting me and the maid was angry that I hadn’t checked out at the normal time.

This is very nitpicky but I thought the bathroom tile grout could have been scrubbed a bit more...like I said, nitpicky!!

We ordered room service for breakfast and were severely disappointed to find that all the food arrived in to-go containers. It was a waste of plastic and created unnecessary trash.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable! The bed was honestly like a cloud. Then after a concert at the Delta Center, we could just walk back. It was a great stay.

The air conditioner was not working in our room and we had to ask for fans to keep us cool during the night. The food at the cafe was very salty.

Quite noisy during the day with what seemed to be renovation work/ a lot of drilling and welding near the pool.

Great downtown location and a well kept place. Helpful staff: we had a problem with our car hire and Matt was the perfectly supportive and understanding. Helped us sort it out successfully. Pools galore!

Our particular room (3106) was adequate. But a light was out over the bathroom sink, a beetle was in the bathroom, and the shower water temperature was very temperamental. It would fluctuate from almost burning hot to freezing cold, all through my shower. At first, I tried to adjust, but it didn’t make any difference. Hopefully that can be addressed. Also, I’ve said this before, who wants to sleep under a down comforter when it’s 90° outside? We had the room at 65° and it was still too much. Is there any way to have an alternative for much warmer temperatures?? It’s kind of silly, in my opinion.
