The only microwave was in the lobby by the front desk, not in the pantry on the floor or in the rooms. For the price of the stay, you would think something as simple as a microwave would be included in the room or the pantry, on the floor. Also the bar closes at 10pm even on the weekends. Other hotels for equal price, with bars, in the city, close at 12pm on the weekend.

The breakfast buffet(extra charge) was delicious and I like the fact that there was a bar, in the hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, were pleasant.

The bathroom could have used a better clean. There was hair all in the shower and weird spot all over the shower walls that needed to be cleaned! Nothing I couldn’t deal with myself!! I know they are super busy and things get overlooked!

The customer service at the front desk (I think he was a manager) was exceptional! He was so friendly and informative!!

Love that there is a restaurant and a swimming pool. Good sized bed and room. Very comfortable. Love the interior decorating.

There was no towels at the pool and the pool could be cleaned more often since its an indoor outdoor pool. Other than the pool the hotel itself was great!

Do not include your breakfast with the room package. Wait until you get to the hotel to buy your breakfast. They said it is supposed to give a code, but it didn't. And even though I showed the staff on my booking that it included the breakfast, they still was going to charge me, but they said since it was one day they would let it slide. They could use more employees cause they seemed a little under staffed.

Everything was nice and neat. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious.

Would have been better if they would have let us know that the heater was out at the pool when we booked it. Then they charged me twice for the room. Then when I called about it they told me it might come off but it never did and the lady was so rude she hung up on me when I was trying to explain

The bathroom sink water drained out really slow. The towels they didn't service the room, we didn't get fresh towels. We went to front desk they gave us some, but it wasn't enough for both rooms. When I spoke with the front desk about the fact that we couldn't get the towels we needed. She said we should have called housekeeping but when we got back from being out all day no one was in housekeeping. She wouldn't even consider giving us anything off or room. She didn't even apologize, she just said we don't bring towels for 2 days stay unless you ask. No one told me about that fact. Because I'm use to fresh towels daily.

I didn’t like that everything was stained and dirty. Pee stains on the bed brown stains on the towels, black stains on the covers and makeup on the pillows. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. The front desk was rude when I brought up my concerns and made an employee off the clock bring us more linens and didn’t even get a proper comforter. (I know he was off duty cause the front desk didn’t put me on hold when telling the employee to bring us new.) I did not want to make my own bed after driving for 18 hours, yet I had to. There was no offer for compensation and not even a sorry, just a “we are overbooked I don’t have anything else for you”

I liked that the property was modern.

Advertising an indoor pool means it's indoor. Chose this hotel for pool but it was connected to outdoor water so freezing cold. Hardly no snacks or beverages other than beer, water, and diet coke available. Ice machine broken. ATM machine broken. Luggage cart had flat wheel. No microwave in room.
