1. The check-in process!!! This drives me crazy cause they contact you only before the hours when you arrive. I keep contacting them because some clients complain the actual property address does not match and just wanna figure out how far it is. Fortunately, the actual address is only 10 minutes around on foot. 2. One of the two lights in the public bathroom is sometimes on sometimes off... I told the engineer guy and never came back to repair it. 3. Late response by text, better call directly.

The property is in downtown LA, which is very convenient to anywhere. Two blocks within 5 minutes with a whole food market and you can buy most of the stuff there. We chose there because it is very near the LA Convention Center, about a 10-15 minute walk, and Crypto... The beds are big and one room with a balcony which allows you to have a very wide view of the city. You can even see the rooftop movie just sitting on the deck chair.

The check in routine was not the best.

Great placement in Downtown LA. The Hotel consist of large well equipped suites. The pool and especially the gym was amazing. The hotel also offered outdoor cinema for its guests.

The apartment was generally comfortable but the check in instructions were really confusing and a lot to dislike during this stay. On booking.com, the address shows 1251 South Grand Avenue, Downtown LA. I booked this place because it is ~5 minutes walk from the convention center. It was really inconvenient to figure out the exact location for 1.5 hrs and make several calls while driving with a crying baby for 1.5 hrs late evening. As per the instructions, apartment to stay was a different address than the one to pick up keys. We circled to know that 1251 South Grand Avenue was the wrong address. And we have to use the same location where we got the keys!! Also, the property where I stayed was a 20 min walk from the convention center which I don't mind but I was not aware of it. It was such a poor coordination and inconvenient check in that I have never experienced before at booking.com!!! Also, when we had just entered the apartment, we were welcomed by 3 tall men from the security asking if we had thrown water on the street people/moving cars and wanted to check our balcony for water proof as this was the only rented property in their building on that side and they received a complaint. They believed us after telling a few times that we just entered. It could be someone else who did that too in that building! Breakfast was not included which was a bummer. The pans were not super clean and poor quality so the handles would heat up fast and burn the hand if not careful. Living room bathroom door knob was super hard. Master room did not have a working light. Fire alarm battery expiry date was apparently not checked so it blew off in the middle of the night and was making sounds on 27th morning too. I complained to the reception desk the next morning to get it changed. So, may be it was my bad day but sorry, not much else to say.

Overall, a comfortable property to stay and location is good with market, groceries, pharmacy around within a walking distance.

The location was beautiful. The amenities were top notch. When I told others about the place, local people were asking and inquiring for themselves. My family enjoyed their stay and would love to comeback and stay there again.

This was another of several units booked for our large party. I must say, this apartment was awesome! Very clean! Views were fantastic of downtown LA high-rises. The building itself itself is a luxurious highrise with a bunch of amenities, pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, etc. The check in team is a separate entity from the building itself and they are available for anything by contacting them direct. Only downside is that we wished check in time was earlier at 12.
