Our view of the railroad wasn t that great from our balcony. No biggie.

It was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The Lofts were conveniently located. We were able to walk to our destinations most of the time. The best part was eating breakfast at Biscuit Love right next door. Best bluegrass music at the Staton Inn a block away. Great 1st time trip to Nashville for us.

Little tricky getting in and setup as there is no front desk and support is nonexistant once you are there. Secure parking was nice once we figured it out. Your phone is your key so do not stay out too late and let your battery die or lose it. We stayed a week with 3 people (2 of them female), so little things like only having one roll of toilet paper seemed poor for the price paid. we would do it again, but take advantage of a shopping trip beforehand to stock up on our own supplies and take advantage of the full kitchen.

Nice location in a hipster part of town. Close to nice places to eat. Biscuit love just downstairs, Peg Leg Porker within a block, and Arnolds within 2 blocks. Walking distance to Broadway (less than 2 miles), but far enough away you don't have to deal with the busloads of bridal parties! In room laundry was nice for travelers on extended vacations so you don't have to pack quite as heavy.

no actual coffee maker!!!!! tiny little keurig so annoying. why leave ground coffee large filters and a baby size keurig? the unit smelled very weird. like plaster and paint in a very strong way.

fantastic walkable location. great size. beds comfy and pillows too. nice decor inside. the hallways are dark and damp but the common areas are nice.

Small space. Broken fan in freezer that woke us up In the middle of the night. Had been an issue before as bends in particular where people tried to stop the rubbing.

Our apartment needed a little updating. There was a big stain on the couch, the walls needed painting and the shower floor was peeling, but other than that it was nice

I loved the coffee machine in the lobby. And the lounge areas outside were really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great!

The only down side were things that I guess are out of the host’s control like only parking for one car and I’m not the biggest fav of the unlocking from your phone because it forces me to have to carry my phone when I really wanted to leave it in the room. Aside from that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

I’ll likely be coming here again! It was such an amazing spot, the environment was so comfortable and relaxing. Very clean place and host was very responsive.

The room was not clean. There was dust and dirt all along the baseboards, so much it was very hard not to see. Even the back of the front door was covered with dust and cobwebs, how is that even possible! You may want to warn visitors that the commercial train route is the back yard and horns blare at 2 and 4 in the morning.

Unfortunately, after checking out of the room, I have received a text message saying I will be charged 150 dollars unless I return a key fob that I was never given. We used the OpenKey app as instructed and were never given a fob. This has caused a huge amount of stress.

The place is hard to find. The address is on 11th Avenue, but the entrance is on Pine Street, 200 ft from 11th Avenue. Taxis cannot find it. There is no front desk, and no in person help of any sort (except on the phone). They require that documents be sent in electronically, which is OK, but they have absolutely no back-up plan for what to do if a person has difficulty transmitting documents electronically.

The location is close to the center of the city. The facilities are generally good. They includes a kitchen and laundry.

one morning someone woke us up by blasting music at 7:30 in the morning. we actually thought there was a live band outside or something

The room is ok. Needs some upkeep. The standing shower becomes instantly clogged and backed up within in seconds of being in the shower. We noticed the sinks in the bathroom backed up as well. The tile in the shower needs an overhaul. Room was incredibly stuffy when we walked in and you can not open windows or balcony.

Excellent location! Felt secure and safe. App to get in and out of room was easy to use.

Absolutely horrible check in procedure including having to sign an electronic contract, you must download an app to use your phone as a key so if you want to have a night out and not take an expensive phone with you you can’t get into your room, also if your phone battery goes flat you can’t get in. The parking is spacious but no instructions to open the security gate to get out so was trapped until another guest showed me how to exit ( I tried phoning the helpline but no answer) In conclusion a lovely apartment but inconvenient and unnecessarily complicated to get parked and into the apartment and having to have your phone with you at all times was a nuisance when I wanted to have a night out Despite the apartment being lovely I definitely wouldn’t stay again due to the hassle factor, same price hotels with easy procedures all around ( ie park get a key and good to go)
