How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They need service elevators…took five rounds before we could take our luggage down on Sunday. Otherwise…everything else was great!
Very friendly staff…clean hotel and rooms. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of choices and seating. Beds are comfortable and the jetted tub was wonderful! Centrally located for easy access to shopping, restaurants and other sites. The pool is very nice…our grandkids loved it.

No refrigerator or microwave oven in our room, no pen or paper; The ice machine on the 4th floor near our room was not working-we had to go down to the 3rd floor to get ice..
Beautiful decor and the room was quite large; appreciated the Bible in the room; the morning breakfast was very good....more selection than Hampton Inn where we have usually stayed; very quiet room (we were at the end of the top floor); good location on the Strip

The bed was good and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional. The pool area looked very well maintained and clean, although we didn't use it. The location is very good, can walk to several attractions and eating places.

Not enough lighting in room
Very courteous helpful staff. Beautiful clean facility. Woodwork and accent furniture in this hotel is fabulous! Great breakfast spread! Comfy beds. Love that they play Christian music in their lobby and have Bible verses on their marquee outside!!!!

The pool was a little small and the hot tub was outside so it wasn’t open yet for use due to the time of year we visited
The location was perfect right in the middle of everything and the breakfast was amazing, it was like a buffet with so many options and the kids loved the pool!!!

It was above my expectations. Front desk clerks very professional and kind. I was very impressed as I was checking in the it was beautiful. The hotel was very clean. Our room was also beautiful and classy with very comfortable beds and pillows. The toiletries very above average. The best soap, shampoo and lotions. Breakfast was the best ever. Large variety of mouth watering food, good coffee and juices. They had special staff at the buffet making sure there serving trays were always ready to serve. I stayed in Branson for 5 days and I wished I would of known about this place ahead of time. I would of stayed here through out my stay. When I return to Branson I will definitely stay here and let anyone I know that’s coming through Branson about the most pleasant stay.

This place is amazing! We stay here all the time when we go to Branson. The breakfast is great and the staff is the best. Very clean! I always tell people about this hotel. Keep up the good work!!!!

Every surface was absolutely spotless. Welcoming areas like hidden gems. For example, there was a library/ reading area on the ground floor. Even the laundry "room" was comfortable and included a TV! Breakfast offerings included a wide selection. Many staff on hand to help. The dining area and tables were kept clean. Very friendly, gracious staff. All questions readily answered. Excellent location with ample parking. Quiet, comfortable room. Next time, I hope to stay longer.

Scrambled eggs at breakfast were a little watery, and when that's my only complaint, that's pretty good.
Everything was clean, nothing was broken, facility was well maintained. A good value for spending the night. As pleasant a motel experience as anyone could expect.

Wish we could have hooked up our fire stick to the tv to stream some shows at night.
Love the breakfast delicious and how close we were to everything! Super fun pool and work out room and loved being able to watch my kids swim while I worked out.
