The elevator could use some maintenance. It is quite slow and jumps around every time you arrive at a floor.

The breakfast was adequate. Great that it was included in the cost of the room. The location was good, easy to access and close to both downtown Mountain View and downtown Sunnyvale. We had a room in the back away from the traffic on Camino Real. Also, it was on the 3rd floor so it was very quiet. Reasonably priced.

I hadn't stayed here is a couple of years. Breakfast is bagels or toast and a fruit bowl. Not what is used to be.

The rooms could use a refresh. Curtains seem dusty, decor dated. Slider was stuck. Pillows lumpy and small. “Free” breakfast quite minimal cereal, juice would be a nice addition.

The location is perfect when I come into town. I can walk the neighborhood or easily walk to Castro street for a meal.

The breakfast was adequate value for the room price. Coffee/tea, juice, milk, bagels, croissants, bread, prepackaged egg/cheese pockets, jam, cream cheese and honey.

The sheets smell like cardboard and it was overwhelming, bed was super stiff so my back and neck were hurting when I woke up

Little dated hotel. the passage smelled of cigarette smoke slightly. The breakfast was good but didnt get the scrambled eggs pictured. The room was huge, however the furniture laid out in a way that the bed was directly in front of the door, so light from passage could seep in a bit. (Nothing a few things on floor couldn’t fix but felt like wasted opportunity to make the sleeping area darker).

Toilet did not flush. Obvious wear & tear on furniture, stained chair. Bed was stiff. Breakfast was not anything we could chew - bagels. Just had a banana & coffee.

Location was safe. No smoke odor. Staff was great. No knocking on the door before checkout and front desk receptionist came immediately to fix the tv. Coffee still available at checkout time was convenient.

Breakfast station could use a small frig to house the yogurt, milk, OJ, etc., so that front desk personnel do not have to be interrupted to get current guests something for breakfast. On the flip side, guests should not have to wait on desk personnel to get basic (expected) foods for breakfast; just diminishes the morning experience. Maybe having a list of things that are available on request, would help guests get what they want in one request to the front desk.

Things were good. Bed was comfortable, lighting was pretty good, when using available lights in room. It met my expectations and the location worked for me.

Breakfast could have been a bit more with maybe oatmeal or cereal. Bagels, and cream cheese was it other than coffee = thanks :-) but lots of local restaurants in a close proximity.

Although they accommodated me with early check in, the room on the bottom floor seemed a bit tiny, but very comfortable. Overall nice stay. Good selection of internet/movies.

There didn't appear to be any attempt to control extremely noisy guests in their rooms or in the reception area. The room was poorly designed and not very functional... too many things made the space small. The elevator was sketchy and moved down when the door opened.

Room was clean and property was convenient to a freeway.
