There’s nothing I didn’t like. If I was really trying to find something I’d say to add a tiny bit of lighting to the porch steps but truly that is it.

The owners of this property thought of every detail! No sacrificing aesthetic for family comfortability, or vice versa. You can have both and Lokal does it right! Loved the kitchen, decor, appliances, proximity to beach and Washington Square. Arcade is across the street, beach service, pool, clean rooms, washer / dryer. What’s not to love?!

The only thing I’d say is next time I’d request a room on the second floor for a little better view.

The location is exceptional. It’s walking distance to both the beach and the main shopping/restaurant areas. The hotel room came with a ton of amenities to make our stay as easy as possible.

Couch not very comfortable. Could have used 1 or 2 easy chairs for living room area Shower curtain would help keep water from spraying in disabled bathroom Heat did not work in our first room and we had to change rooms after unpacking. Took hours to get settled and resettled.

not even worth saying I didn’t like- but the hand sanitizer dispenser goes off when you walk past it- kept setting it off by accident

location was great- easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. spacious and wonderfully appointed room- felt like home. super clean and plenty of supplies. we stayed in 101 (Bricky) -pool was great to use even this late in the year. enjoyed a little picnic on the beach with the supplied cooler, mugs and utensils to watch the sunset. thank you for a wonderful stay from someone who does not get a lot of vacation time- really appreciate the effort Lokal!! can’t wait to come back next year!

Only one thing that prevented the 10, is that sometimes hip is too hip. That was the case with one bathroom which was open to room with no wall. Even for ADA, it needed a quarter glass wall as it was a mess. Also, being that open meant that the door and walls were exposed to too much moisture and there was a mildew issue. But this can be corrected. Not a barrier to a beautiful room.

If you want some luxury at the beach, this is the place to stay. Great for group or family. Full kitchen, beautiful open LV, DR, and balcony! The beds and bedrooms are big and comfy. Also, outdoor showers, beautiful pool, beach chairs and towels. You want for nothing. They even include beach set up service with chairs and umbrellas included. An added bonus, across from McGlades at the Pier for the best breakfast and dinner on the beach! It will be hard to stay any where else again! Just fantastic!

For the price, a bit disappointing that full cleaning service (beyond trash removal, replenishing toilet paper etc.) is not included and available only at an extra charge.

Comfortable, well decorated and well appointed studio. Thoughtfully designed with just about everything you could need. Great for traveling with an infant. Appreciated the property providing a pack and play, mattress and sheet. Perfect setup to relax by the pool or easily pop over to the beach / into town.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. We had a nice surprise of champagne waiting for us. Our 4 month old son also came with us . There was a pack and play waiting for us. It was such a wonderful, comfortable stay I did not want to leave.

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like about this hotel.

The minute I walked into the suite it felt peaceful. The suite has absolute beautiful and thoroughly clean. Everything we needed was available. The patio was perfect for our breakfast outdoor. There were board games, washer, and dryers accessible to guests. The pool was PERFECT!! Everything about this hotel is exceptional.
