We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt's fine if you just need to sleep n get up and go. The TV is miniscule. No coffe maker. Only got towels for 1 person, but the room had 2 beds (we were a couple) In need of some serious repair, especially the bathtub (rusting from the bottom and the drain is a mess).
It was clean, the front desk was very accomodating.

The staff is always great. Owner is putting a lot into renovations. It’s what you expect in Lompoc, but it’s generally quiet and uneventful here.

United StatesThe only problem that I had with this experience was they wouldn't take my debit card which is prepaid "real money" I don't know another method maybe credit card but that's air money, fake money so I had to go to an ATM which was at another hotel across the street. Get cash which I was on foot with a pet, Crossing a major Street that the intersection lights were inoperable for any pedestrians signaling, it was very dangerous but we got the money and they were happy. Other than that the room was great because it had disability features which are really needed thank you

United StatesOutdated. INCREDIBLY squeaky bed. In fact, the bed was horrible. It was tough and loud. Like a 10 year old spring mattress resting upon wooden pallets. Also, the bathroom had no ventilation and the floor of the shower was spongy and squishy, indicative of mold underneath. Dirty walls.

UruguayRooms lack some basic stuff such as a hair dryer or microwave. The description would be extremely minimalistic. In common areas there is a microwave though. I wonder how much labor or capital investment they spare with these two items. Room ventilation is an issue (in my country hotels with windows that can barely be opened a certain percentage of the window due to poor ventilation are not allowed to renew city hall inspections). I wonder if this has to do with safety / minimization of stolen item incidents?).

United StatesThere was no shampoo or hairdryer. The ac didn't work well, we had to keep the door slightly open for fresh air to come in. The window was bolted so we couldn't open it. There was a roach in the bathroom that my bf killed. I've stayed in lots of motel 6 and by far, this is the worse one. I will not be staying here again.
