There was no breakfast, no pool, no laundry, and the “spa” tub in the room had a gaping hole that allowed us to look outside to the parking lot. Not good! At checkout I was harassed for 45 minutes by the staff

Rooms filthy, blood on floor, walls ànd sheets. Room was not fully cleaned from last tenant. Toilet was dirty bathtub still had used soap. Sheets filled with burn holes. Lady who checked me in was rude. Pushed dresser up against door cause lock to room was damaged. Someone did just walk into our room.

We pulled up to find all of the beds and furniture stacked in the parking lot. Sure seems like bed bugs to me! And the room they tried to give us reeked of cigarettes. As did the other 2 they showed us. The staff were scrambling and pouring bleach into mop buckets and quickly mopping all of the rooms. More people were scrambling to install portable air conditioner units. We left, and asked for a refund, which we are waiting for from Booking.com.

Roaches!!!! Homeless!!! Police!!!! Our stay was horrible...let's start with everytime we pulled in we were greated by a new LAPD officer as something was always happening. Didn't feel safe to stay here with our children at all. The cocraches are bigger than footballs!!! Holes in the walls, the sink leaked, dead roaches in the mini fridge, broken AC units, hotub is NEVER open, beds didn't fit the frames. We booked 2 rooms and the only difference was the size of the roaches. 1 room had bigger roaches than the other. The front desk had no problem refreshing our room keys everyday but it was an inconvenience to have to go the office just to go in our room because the keys needed reactivation every 24hrs.

The location is close to shopping and the pier. However we will NEVER Stay here again.

We stayed for one night. Someone came knocking on every single door of the hotel loud like the police, one woman came out of her room and confronted the person knocking and a fight broke out! Escorts were coming in and out of this place. The area is horrendous and the staff are a joke.

It was filthy. The floors made my feet black. The room reaked of cigarette smoke and I requested a non smoking room due to allergies. The comforter was covered in cigarette burn holes. One of their TV channels was a lady filming other ladies who she asked what the ladies were interested in, then filmed them having sex

Everything this was the worst motel ever. Truly awful

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Getto all the was. Porn running on the tv in the rooms. Staff was knocking on the door at 9am to get us to leave when the had a 11am check out. Long term stays living in the hotel. Truly disgusting. Garage all over the grounds
