Lora was fantastic. Beautiful and historic. The private patio off of our room was a great place for a nightcap after a great evening.

    Price a bit high.

Fabulous location. We travelled by boat, moored at municipal marina. Hotel is right in the heart of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. A bit pricey but convenience was worth the cost.

Although a great bed, it was a little to high off the floor for my wife.

The location was excellent and was a small building renovated for a hotel. It was very close to all locations/restaurants in Stillwater

One has to pay for parking. Parking should be included with your hotel stay.

The location is good and the outside patio is very comfortable. Within walking distance to everything. The shower is fabulous. The hotel is very clean and charming.

    Parking was an additional $20.

Lora was a beautiful and unique hotel with caves behind the check-in desk, stone walls, a restaurant, bar and coming soon wine tasting. The bed may have been the most comfortable bed I ever slept in and the shower was incredible as well. We even had a patio, but it was too hot that day.

The shampoo and body wash is very masculine smelling. I didn’t mind in the bar soap but after a shower the product scent lasted and we smelled a little manly! A more feminine or neutral scent would be preferred. Bathroom lighting was a bit dim/dark. In our room 315, the curtains don’t hide the sunlight in the morning beaming into the left bed.

Bed super comfortable, Decor in rooms and lobby very modern and pretty, Fuller restaurant was great as always! Love being right in the heart of Stillwater!

The location of our room was loud. Next to the street outside and what sounded like train tracks. There was always a rumbling noise. Also the room was very warm. Tried to adjust the temp and helped but just a very warm room.

The location was great, the ambiance was great. Clean, staff was nice

$300 Executive room without window , we asked for one but got downgraded without advise not rebate . The room was much smaller and window was 3 feet from another wall and other rooms window ! We asked for a commercial gesture , were told we were going to get one by email , asked twice , unsuccessfully. We could have taken no as an answer but no answer …

Overall style and alternative outside of minneapolis Coffee shop next door and nice restaurant

Staff was not at desk when we attempted to check in. We waited for 3-5 minutes. Our room (301) was noisy and vibrated all night. When I went to complain in the am, no staff was present at the desk. Had to wait 3-5 minutes again. He said he would contact the Mgr about us transferring to another room. We did get transferred to a quieter room. When I told the desk attendant that I was surprised that no one had complained before, he said they had. If that was the case, why would you put anyone in that room?? We also received a poorly made mixed drink Tuesday evening. when we complained, the waitress argued with us. She finally agreed to get us another drink after we convinced her that the drink was nothing like the previous evening’s.

For $375 a night, it is really just a plain hotel room. Plentiful honor bar, but stiff prices too. The view out the window was of a brick wall. I think they call it the courtyard. It was sad. Overnight parking in Stillwater is bad, so add $30 a night for valet parking.

The location is wonderful. I was able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The facility is clean. My room was quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Having a coffee shop right next door is handy.

Little to no house keeping. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Jokingly asked if there was a place to empty trash. I think they took it seriously . Expensive hotel, cheap amenities. Never again

When I booked the room, I was under the impression that there would be a city view, however we looked straight into another building - No view whatsoever. I was also bummed that we didn’t have any exposed brick in our room - was really looking forward to the character that it adds. Some poor design choices when it came to furniture. The bed had a baseboard that both my fiancé and I stubbed our toes on multiple times. There were also 2 chairs that had legs that extended into the only small walkway that you constantly ran into and tripped over. Felt rushed out of there at checkout. Never was asked about how our stay was - basically cut us off asking if we owned a certain vehicle and saying she was bringing it up for us. Checkout is at 11, we were running behind that morning, as this was a night away for the two of us, but it was still just before 11.

Good location. History. Decor. Comfortable bed. Great shower.
