Great location, walkable to the metro and the free trolley pickup is on the corner if you’re heading to the waterfront. Beautiful grounds with lots of outdoor seating. Spacious, quiet, nicely appointed rooms. Outstanding staff and complimentary happy hour! Was a wonderful stay.

Plugging in the coffee machine was a hustle. The cord was short and there was no outlet near the coffee machine so I had to move the whole tray to the side table. Additionally, it would be nice if they had a couple team bags and not only coffee in the room.

Large groups standing outside below our room being loud and boisterous. Same group in the lobby. WiFi came and went; not the best.

Close to metro and free trolley. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean. Fairly quiet most of the time.

In the middle of the night the fridge would make loud clicks that woke me up. I just unplugged it for awhile and when it was replugged, I did not hear the noise anymore. I'm sure if I had shared this with the hotel staff they would have fixed the issue immediately.

Very nice hotel, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and public transportation. We used the bikes that were complementary of the hotel and road around the city. Took advantage of room service and ordered from Brabo, which was tasty. The daily mints and water after the room clean was great! Would definitely return.

I can not name one thing I didn’t like about my visit. It was perfect!

The location was close to many restaurants, shopping and the metro. The hotel and staff are excellent. The area is beautiful! I would love to stay again.

We have concerns about the miscommunication or lack there of of the $150 deposit. We witnessed a Mom with her children not being able to check in because she was un aware of the deposit. As we're we. We were able to pay ours however communicating that upfront would be great.

I liked the hotel alot. Staff were nice. And listened well in regards to an issue we brought to their attention. Rooms were clean. The bathroom with the tub and shower was amazing. The location was good. The restaurant next door was really good. We had brunch there. Overall we decided we will be back.

The Spa Ruined My Bday Treat To My self Cause I Was Late, After telling me I had till 6pm, got there b4 6 & they denied me a session for the whole wknd told me the cancellation was $190, & left me on hold till it was after 6pm😢

The room was spacious but there seemed to be alot of empty space in the room.....small thing Also one of the overnight staff members was kinda rude but when staff reached out for a general check in i mentioned it -i felt confident it would be addressed

The room was spacious, Nice and exceptionally clean ....this is a very classy place and the location was wonderful Staff was wonderful with one exception (see below) but i also liked how throughout my stay someone was always checking in with me to make sure i was comfortable - everyone was accommodating and seemed genuinely helpful which made the stay even nicer
