Nice big place. Everything you needed. Staff were great with helping getting a parcel delivered and making sure it got to us.

There were some items that needed some attention such as a missing fly screen, some handles absent from drawers, a broken toaster, a function of the oven not working and damp smell from a bathroom. However when I addressed these with the manager they were all fixed to meet a level of satisfaction. Proving once again the easy communication and on-hand help being offered.

Location is fantastic and the apartment manager (Sam) was extremely helpful with making the stay as comfortable as possible.

The building on the outside might not look like much but on the inside, it’s actually pretty modern and has a nice little balcony, a spacious living room and two spacious bedrooms, especially the master which is the one with two queen mattresses is very large and has a huge bathroom and a nice walk in Closet, the other room with the king bed is the one with the TV however but there is also a TV in the living room accommodations were comfortable. There were plenty of cooking utensils and everything you need to be able to make your meals at home if you are doing a longer trip.

Location was close to major attractions in Hollywood and is also at the intersection of 2 Major St. in LA that can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in the west Hollywood/Hollywood area , only takes about 10 minutes to walk up to Hollywood Boulevard and several restaurants/cafés. Also I like that the unit came with a tandem assigned parking spot in a gated garage access for any guest visit is made very easy because everything is done with door codes so that was a plus as well that I didn’t have to go down to greet each guest that I had over I could just tell them a code and let them up!

No grocery stores/coffee shops in easy walking distance.

We really liked the roof terrace on the building, with views to Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Walkable (20 minutes ish) to Hollywood boulevard. Secure indoor parking was great. Apartment is spacious, kitchen has basic equipment but no amenities such as coffee filters etc. Staff were very responsive to what app messages. Check in information clear and process was very easy. Great for a short stay with older kids (late teens)

1. The apartment could possibly do with providing a better broom and dustpan or hoover, and possibly some floor wipes as we were unable to find some that were suitable for the mop. 2. The master bedroom mattress is very comfortable. The 2 smaller double bed mattresses are quite firm. 3. Considering this property is supposed to sleep 6 people there was only 4 dining chairs.

1. This apartment has a fantastic location with a short walk to the main strip. 2. The apartment is perfectly located to visit Disney, universal, dodgers stadium and any other popular tourist attractions by car. You can see the Hollywood sign from the rooftop. 3. The apartment was well equipped with amenities for cooking. 4. It’s great that the apartment is secure with the garage and lobby both being locked. We all felt very safe. 5. It’s ideal that a free parking space is provided so there is no worry of on street parking. 6. The smart tv has the large range of choices. 7. Washer and dryer was a great bonus. This was our first time in LA and was a little cautious about safety and location for tourist attractions. Honestly it’s perfect.

Not much; there could have been more hooks/towel holders in the bathroom.

The location was close to Downtown LA / Hollywood, so we didn't spend too much time on freeways. The condo had two bedrooms (one with two beds) and two bathrooms, and parking was included for about the same price we would have paid for a hotel with two beds and one bathroom and would have had to pay for parking. It was nice to come back at night and chill in the living room and to have access to a kitchen for snacks.

nothing major, i know the property still in renovation and construction still going. the thing i don't like though is the garage door opener. it is not very responsive.

I had to extend my trip last minute. Everywhere else was booked or expensive. I was able to reach out and rebook, staying in the same unit for 4 more days. Host was quick to respond and attentive. As always great location

I booked here day of, late evening after my accommodations cancelled on me last minute. Host/staff was very responsive and helped me through the process of signing in remotely and getting situated. Location is well situated in Hollywood, fairly central to everything. Building is nice and secure, as well as surrounding neighborhood.
