I wish it had a bathtub. The front desk guy showed mild disinterest, but maybe it was the weather. He was not rude just seemed indifferent.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and its good smell. The furnishings were pretty news and everything was clean and new-looking with a good smell.

Office staff rude. I booked a room through Booking.com, where location is listed as animal friendly. However, on arrival, I was told no animals allowed. Luckily, they couldn't turn us away since my dog is a working service dog. The room was serviceable, but the refrigerator froze absolutely everything, no matter what setting it was on, and there was no smoke detector in the room. I stayed 5 nights, 6 days, and only asked for my room to get hospitality service once. The problem was, they didn't have a single worker that understood any English AT ALL, so I had a very difficult time explaining that I just wasted the trash emptied, floor swept, and linens changed while I took the dog for a walk away from the room. I returned from the walk, and they hadn't even started my room. I had to stand out in the parking lot with my dog for another 30 min before it was done. I also had the rudest, noisest neighbors ever! Last 3 nights of my stay, they decided that 1a-3a was the best time for loud discussions/fights right outside my room.

Comfortable bed, fairly clean, no bugs a real plus for the price point.

Website says they serve breakfast, but they haven’t served breakfast for 3 years. No hot water in shower.

No ice, at least my room didn’t have an ice bucket. I think that should be at all motels and hotels in 2023. The shower was a decent size but the shower curtain installed cut the size of the shower in half. I wish the ac unit had an option for just fan use just to blow air.

Fairly clean. Quite. Easy to get thing from my car to the room and back. Decent bed. Good pillows. Had a fridge and I liked the room layout

there was a humid heat emanating from the bathroom floor. At first I thought it was radiant heat to keep the bathroom warm while we showered. It made the room feel like a sauna. Reported to front desk and they were going to have it looked at. (Room 104) The neighbors above us were dragging things across their floor all night long.

There was no breakfast. I did like the day staff,very nice. The overnight person, although helped when we were locked out and he had to replace a key around 10pm. He said wait around at the window, I did. Waited for a bit, and card was tossed out the wood window with no word from staff, Here you, here’s your card, have a good night…. Nothing. I didn’t even see the person. I tried to say Thank you, and no response. Just strange set up. Still happy for the key , now I’ll be happy if I get my $100 back 3 days later!

The room was clean and neat but the floors are so run down, it was jucky to be barefoot. On the bottom floor you can hear the Neighbohr from above walking in the room. There were wall receptacles missing the socket plate. We had no place to plug our phones for charging.

The people were nice and helpful. The shower was great. The room was clean.
