Old, decrepit. Our first floor curtains did not close completely (about 12 inches left open). Tv was grainy. There were huge steps from the parking places to our room, each easily 10-12 inches tall. We had to move our elderly friends to another room since they couldn’t get up the two giant steps. We were overcharged: I booked rooms for 2 nights at $125. We were charged $139. Plus tax. That’s a minimum of $56 I am owed.

The water pipes for the shower and the shower itself were horrible. I had to keep fidgeting with the temperature of the water for it not to be too cold or scolding hot. The bath tub was also overflowing because the water would not drain. Please fix that ! Also the house keeper just barged into out room while we were sleeping after we had responded saying we were sleeping!!!!

I loved the location and overall the hotel room was perfect for what I was looking for !

We didn't like that we had a room in the corner, 302 and that our view was the stairs. Also, the room was warmer than outside and there's no AC. Ceiling fan wasn't working but there was a tall circulating fan but it did not provide cool air. Finally opened window three inches around midnight and that helped.

Liked that we could walk to beach, and restaurants.

The bed was a little rough and we didn’t get many towels. Not much of an issue with aesthetics since we didn’t stay in the room much.

We loved the location! Within walking distance of several beaches, 5 min away from the wharf, great restaurants near by. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

A no-frills place, honestly quite highly priced for what you get (although we understand that July is high season). Our room on the ground floor was spacious but you could hear the neighbours and passers-by very loudly, and it felt like we needed to draw all the curtains to have privacy. The interior decoration could use an update, and in places the "fake marble" counters have wisps of brown/gold colour that unfortunately make the place look less clean (even if it was). We're guessing there's only one receptionist, since we had to wait a little to check in since nobody was there.

Beautiful location by the sea park and the nearby Lover's Point café served delicious breakfast burritos. Friendly and helpful receptionist who suggested how to find free parking for our excursion to the aquarium.

The price of the suite was not representative of the amenities. No in room snack/bar/lotion/conditioner or ite.s that were safe to use in the tub (soap, bubbles, etc) The suite had no balcony. The view from the suite was not of the beach of lovers point. It is a portion of the beach around the corner and the other window had a partial view of the treetops and ocean. No special items provided to the luxury suite. Not worth the price.

Location and staff were good. The in room hot tub was wonderful.

we had an ant problem in our room which made it unable for us to unpack any of our belongings. we completely wiped everything down in hopes they would go away but they would just come back. all over the counters, window sill, ledges in room, and microwave. made us anxious to sleep and kept feeling like we had ants on us the whole day. according to other guest they also had ant problems

It was a motel not a hotel and although we paid for location, it was old. When we left for the morning to do our activities we told housekeeping so our room would have towels and be ready. When we returned 5 hours later, we still had to wait and wound up resting in our car because we weren’t allowed in our room as they finally finished their housekeeping. That was a little annoying.

The location of the hotel was ideal for catching morning walks on the beach and watching the waves.

There wasn't a pool or spa or gym. No breakfast or restaurant attached, restaurant close by didn't serve breakfast. Room smelled close to a smoker's room.

Unfortunately my husband and I both had back pain after sleeping one night. Only one nightstand by king bed and one side was very close to the wall. Low vanity.

Right across the street from the ocean. Close to downtown PG. The staff were very helpful.
