Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThese are just little details or constructive criticism for improvement. My husband heard music up until late in the night(around 1am), and we weren't sure where it was coming from, but there is a Brewery nearby. It can also be due to my husband's sensitive to noises to sleep. Also, the bedding had some hairs, which made me doubt the cleanliness of it, but I hope it is just normal.
We love the uniqueness of the place, the views to the mountains, the amenities, and the easy check-in/out process. I could stay here again.

United StatesI do hope they create a place to do laundry.
There are so many positive aspects about what I love about Luna Mystica over the years I have stayed there. It’s a wonderful place (one of my all time favorite places). When I first stayed I had not yet moved to the area. Possibly, it speaks volumes that even as a 4 year resident of Taos, I escape to Luna Mystica whenever I need a break. One of my favorite places of all time! I hope others will read this review and pencil in this establishment. I have no affiliation just love the place!

Nice brewery and restaurant next door. Nicely renovated trailers with fun hippie like paint jobs. Authentic furnishings, as if I had taken my own trailer camping. Great for dogs.

United StatesThe only tiny tiny thing would be dish towels and a better dish rack. Try their coffee, its delicious!
After staying in Santa Fe this was a delight. Staff was a breath of fresh air with lots of helpful tips about the area and directions. I even saw them giving tours to new guests! The air stream I booked was super cute and comfy. I finally felt like I could relax after traveling alone for so long. I will definitely be coming back with friends!

United StatesThe building that is their check in area and coffee lounge was lit up too much, which created ambient light which in turn hurt the star gazing experience at night.
It was unique. Staff was very helpful and accomodations were wonderful. I am a bit handicapped and they had already changed our trailer to an ADA compliant trailer. They could not have been more helpful.

CanadaNothing really, we knew it was a bit out of town without anything else in walking distance (the brew pub next door was closed when we were there but when it is open that would an added plus to be able to just walk over).
Unique accommodation, fun but also comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Very dog friendly. The trailer was equipped with all necessary amenities including kitchen. The fellow who checked us in (Brenden?) was wonderful and made us feel right at home. We stayed in the blue Sparten Imperial Mansion. I booked the stay and my husband was skeptical, but when he settled in he was so impressed and delighted and enjoyed himself immensely- one of the surprising highlights of our month in the road.

United StatesNothing.
I called twice in the days before arriving, once to confirm my reservation, and once to arrange for a late check-in so I could enjoy an evening at Ojo Caliente. The two women I spoke with were knowledgeable, attentive and enthusiastic. This made such a difference especially as I later arrived in the cold and dark and easily found my unit. The luggage wagons were very helpful. My unit was adorable, had everything I needed overnight and to make a simple breakfast. My drive up to ski at Taos mapped at 28 minutes!

United StatesI didn't mind the worker chopping wood in the morning as the wood pile/large trash receptacle just happened to be located near the airstream I booked for 2-nights for my stay to just relax & be near Taos.....but when he started up the chainsaw to work on another project near me, it was disruptive to my peacefulness. Whatever he was doing with the chainsaw, I wish he could have done it later in the day rather than the morning. Oh well...can't please everyone.
I liked the airstream I stayed in...small, yet accommodating for 1-person. The shower was nearby, & pleasant as it had a heater for the chilly morning or evening. Best of all was the view I had of the mountains for fotos of the beautiful sunset/sunrise!

United StatesCutest idea ever. I got a little cold in the night but got up and found a heater, that morning I found the real heater (hahahaha), So funny. Wonderful porch to sit on when I woke up and drank my "french press" coffee, way better than a hotel room without the beautiful view off my personal porch. Did I mention quiet, no upstairs or outside noices, so peaceful. Plus, you can buy some wood for a fire outside. A couple trailers did this, such a great idea. I would recommend to all I know going to Taos.

I enjoyed Colin and how chill responsive and easy going he made my check in and out. I loved the artwork, being an artist myself it was almost like a little interactive festival space ✨️. Loved the names associated with writers artists and the whole ambiance of the location. Being partially native I appreciated the open spaces to connect with nature pray and give alms and thanks to our mother nature and father sun. The little amenities coffee and everything was decorated and wrll throughout. The set up with Feng Sui for sure! Can't wait to come back and stay again. One more thing - loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Taos
