The neighborhood was okay, but every time we went out in the evening someone close by was smoking weed. This is made it impossible to enjoy the front or back patios.

Accommodations were clean, the decor was great, and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Everything was excellent with the home and the home owner had thought of everything that you would require during your stay.

Excellent location in quiet street just off the main route and within a few minutes drive to a host of restaurants and activities.

We loved how convenient the property was to everything but it was tucked away and so quiet. The host had thought of every little detail that a traveler may want or need- even a fun popcorn maker with all the supplies needed!

The only suggestion for improvement I have is to recommend that the lawncare service clean the debris from the front porch and furniture after weed performing their work. It was quite messy and took away from an otherwise perfect experience with this property.

Use of a key code was very easy. By using a key code, I did not have to keep track of a physical key.

As a professional cleaner I couldn't help but notice a lot of dust. The baseboards in the largest room (beside the bed) were filthy and the back porch was full of spider webs. The home was beautiful and I will definitely rebook, just wanted to make you aware to check in on your cleaning company.

(Bed pillows were very flat ) Wish there was some butter, sugar, plastic wrap --a few items that are too inconvenient to pack but you end up needing. Oh and kitchen tea towels to dry hands and dishes washed in sink.

the only concern I would say is seeing ant traps in the bathrooms which was a bit of a turned off. My oldest son also experienced a few ants crawling on him on the living room floor at one point, but other than that we didn’t see any other any ant infestations. luckily he was a trooper about it. the smaller guest bedroom also had a loose nails on the bed frames which could use some tightening.

the place was well maintained and organized. it was beautifully decorated and designed which is perfect for our family. the location was close to all the activities we wanted to do and it was easy to navigate around Pigeon Forge area. our host provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay and kept an open communication with quick responses. the place was comfortable and relaxing, especially for our small kids who needed to wind down after a long day! wished we came later in the spring time when the pool open so we could fully immerse in the Airbnb experience but regardless, we still had a wonderful time! we also loved having a washer and dryer on site especially when you have small children.

The preset thermostat would go up to 73 at night from 70 in the daytime which made it really warm when we were sleeping.. but that is literally the only complaint

King room mattress was sinking in the middle and squeaking.

Location, decor, cleanliness and all the amenities for guest. You can tell the owners thought about families by providing children items and full kitchen with cooking items

Bed in master bedroom was not comfortable at all definitely need a new bed and mattress. Headboard was very lose and knocked up against the wall every time you moved. Not the owner's fault but sounded like a cricket was in the house somewhere it chirped all night long. Not sure the place was cleaned very well, found empty water bottle in bedroom and upon first entry into the house there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener almost choking you for a while.
