The AC was broke and never got fixed while we were there. The temp wouldn't go below 74-75 degrees which for NJ girls coming to Miami, was rough. The AC also leaked non stop and created a puddle inside our room by the front door. This is my only complaint, everything else was great!

Location! Location was perfect! Right at the beach, main strip, liquor store, near by food, and amazing taco place around the block. It was easy to book and communicate with the owners when needed. Loved the full kitchen even though we never ended up using it lol it was a great "just in case" and actually why I canceled another room for this one. Great space, beds were good. I'd definitely stay again!

apt 506 was great, well cleaned and in good shape. pretty quiet f living at ocean dr. and short ways to where ever you want @ Miami Beach. even enough towels for a longer stay. kitchen was clean but not used by us. communication via booking was also pretty friendly and fast aswell. can’t sign the bad comments about animals or sth in the room. all the best

The building itself does not feel clean, we stayed on the 5th floor and the hall carpet is heavily stained but we werent staying in the hall so...on to the cons of the apartment: The oven didnt work and the bathrooms were moldy. I actually bought bleach spray from the local CVS our first day and did eleven applications to get rid of the mold in the back bathroom, your welcome! The little mold under the faucet still needs attention so the host might want to get cleaning staff that isnt so lazy. Our friends also attempted to get rid of the mold in their bathroom but I dont know how successful they were. Let me know if you want the before and after pics cause I got them. Hopefully our efforts werent in vain and the host will keep up with the mold going forward. Based on prior reviews I asked the host to make sure the place was free of mold prior to our arrival but I guess I was ignored. Its Miami, its humid as hell, you need bleach to combat mold...smh. While there I asked the host for a second remote since there were three tvs. The host responded that I should look for it...like I hadnt done that already. Anyways, beyond these things our stay was pleasant. I can recommend this apartment as long as you dont mind paying the host a $200 cleaning fee to clean up after you when you leave, although you have to dump the garbage and clean up or live with all the mold that grew prior to your stay.

The location is great, its close to everything - you dont have to Uber to go to clubs, beach, and restaurants. The apartment doesnt look as fabulous as the pics but its not bad. It was quite roomy and fairly comfortable for our group of four and we were able to work during the day via the wifi. We were initially put off that there was not a full size fridge, more so to hold our bag of ice but there are two little fridges so we made do. The other reviews mentioned bugs and I didnt see any, so I am extra grateful for that! The host is responsive just not very helpful. There was just enough toilet paper for our four nights, and plenty of towels but we could have used extra wash cloths.

we have a lot in wanted bugs, cockroaches… and the pictures tell a different story. the white couch needs to be replaced or clean. one of the beds sounds like it’s about to brake. the hallway needs air freshener bc it’s smells.

some things were not at their best quality. The stove was a bit hard to understand (might just be too fancy for us) the toaster didn’t work, one of the beds was unbalanced and made some noise with simply just laying on it, the listing also advertised 3 sofa beds but there was only one and one big sectional couch that people could sleep if needed, one of the bedrooms was also a bit difficult to get to as to you needed to walk through a bedroom and bathroom to get into.

the location is amazing and the open space the living room was great. the supplies that were provided for us was a plus as well, such as towels and bathroom necessities. initial presentation was great, and very clean.
