The best thing about the hotel is the location. Best location.

it was not the same apt that is shown in the pictures…there are 4 different apts and the one that they gave me wasn’t listed the bathroom was old and awful! with green tiles and it wan, bad smell there were cockroaches completely disappointing the person that was in charge of the room and the reserve wasn’t helpful at all. i asked her for a refund and she said it was my fault to book that apt

I didn’t like the fact everything was falling apart after one touch also I didn’t like how they put a bed in the closet. I feel like everything was outdated.upon. heck I’m the first bathroom the shower didn’t look like it was cleaned… also everything is a mystery in there you have to figure out where stuff is located. I don’t not feel the room is worth what I paid for…..

I didn’t like that fact that there was mold in the bathroom. so much that we did not even use that bathroom for the restroom facilities. the windows to look out had so much mold on it we could not even see the sky line if the city. it was very disturbing given the fact one of the people on the trip has gotten sick because of the exposure to the mold and potential asbestos. IF i was going to get my money back we would’ve left the very first day. you should be ashamed to allow people to go into the space without cleaning it properly. mind you the cleaning bill was 200 tacked on very poor cleaning…

Dirty. Tv in bedroom didn't work because the TV remote wasn't for the TV. Couch uncomfortable, bed uncomfortable. Shower was broken. Flat pillows. Old and raggedy towels. Hair dryer smelled like had old burning hair inside of it and set off the fire alarm.

The rude female at the front who looked at me stupid for asking about check out and then gave me an attitude and told me to just go. The noisy occupants that prevented me from sleeping. Check in taking 2 hours because no one sent me a code

It’s on ocean drive. It’s spacey and comfortable. 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms. A nice kitchen set up with bar stools.

The stay was mediocre. My body is literally bitten up from what I think was bed bugs. I notified the property and all they said was they’re sorry & basically they don’t think it’s true even though I sent pictures. The place was mostly clean. The WiFi did not work & there was no service for some of us while in the building. There’s no way to get in contact with the owner because the front desk says they have no acces to their number. I most definitely wouldn’t book here again.

The photos are very out dated (the property had a lot of wear and tear). The ad showcased 5 beds plus sofas, but there were only 3 plus the 2.5 sofas.

The worst property I’ve ever stayed they did not clean the room, floor was dirty , sheets dirty , staff unhelpful, wifi WASNT workinh but the worst part is the AC hadn’t been working our whole stay and they kept telling us they would fix it never did until our last night there and we had an infant and small kids then lied a said we broke a remote just to not give us our security back and we saw a roach in the building

Closed Ocean Drive street & very difficult staff that we met on July 11 when checking in! Unfriendly & uncaring staff!

Great location but the staff on July 11 th when we checked in was not helpful & no care at all. Ocean Drive street is closed & very difficult to get our luggages to the hotel! We are on our own!!!

The beds wasn’t as comfortable, we didn’t have an wash clothes nor did we have any cleaning supplies. We only had one trash bag for the garbage so we had to go buy some. We didn’t have any pillow cases for the extra pillows or extra blanket for the pull out couch.

The furniture is ran down & smelled like dirty clothes! There was no number on the door I take that back it was written with marker on the wall! There is no valet parking & they don’t state on there website it’s a $500 hold on your card! And now I have left my review there saying we damaged a sofa which all where ran down!

The host was distant and cold. The location is NOT a hotel but there is a front desk person who was rude and nasty. The place was dirty and no one followed mask rules. I was confronted about not filling out paperwork and I felt terrible. I was also accused of sneaking extra people in as I had not actually read all of the instructions carefully. This is a private apartment rental that is somehow linked to a service desk that provides no services. You must text the owner privately. Also the place was not anything like the pictures and the batteries in our TV remote died. We couldn’t even turn it off. We asked for an earlier check in due to traveling with lots of baby stuff. She ignored our request and we sat on the beach for hours with all of our luggage with a baby and two small kids.

The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants and the beach.

Very very old building looks like abandoned. Building doesn't have a access to handicap and I have one older person in a wheel chair. It didn't have a blow dryer and neither Coffeee Maker it was very very inconvenient for all.
