I was currently in town for an event 5 minutes from the apartment's location, so I saved time getting there and back. Also, the apartment was clean and we didn't experience any loud neighbors. My family loved the space and enjoyed our time there.

The location wasn’t what I expected, the area did have a significant amount of homeless nearby and was nervous about having my car parked in an unlocked gated area but it was okay

This property was lovely. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the decor. The condo was super clean, bright, inviting, and comfortable. There’s a great coffee shop a couple blocks away, a theater right up the street, and you are a short walk from the convention center and capitol building.

As mentioned in a previous review, seating in the living area was lacking for a group of four adults. It should be noted in the description of the condo that it is on the second floor which needs to be accessed by stairs. It would be nice to have a box of tissues available.

The condo was very nice and clean. The location in the Midtown area was close to many restaurants and local attractions. Our host allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated. The Keurig coffeemaker and pods were also appreciated.

Inadequate seating in living room for 3/4, needs coffee table and bigger tv, bedrooms need luggage racks/dresser, nightstands, and better quality beds and bedding. Lights in living room need a dimmer. Kitchen dry towel would be nice. Although this list is detailed, it was a great space overall. We had a great time!

This property was very clean! Laundry soap smells excellent ;) The person renting it out was very responsive and gave incredible instructions. We had an easy 5 min walk to the convention center for our conference. The condo had all of our early morning needs … brita water and a coffee maker with k-cups! There was even half and half in the fridge!

We could have used a couple of nightstands and small end tables....and a box of facial tissue. The poor plant at front door was thirsty, so we soaked it before putting it back at front door.

So nice to feel comfortable from the front door. We loved this space!! So many sweet touches! Super happy to see half and half in frig!!

Nothing it was great - perhaps an additional comfy chair - as 4 guests squashed on sofa didn’t work - so would struggle with more. worked for us my hubby likes higher desk chair which was provided!

Absolutely fantastic! Lots of thought given to all of the little extras provided! From tea coffee, milk etc - great quality towels bedding! Comfortable - relaxing space!

The beds were not very comfortable. Wished I had known there was not a coffee pot, and only a Keurig, even with pods provided there was no decaf or variety of coffee, lots of green tea. The gate for the parking lot is not functioning at this time.

Liked that it is a gated complex since the homelessness is extremely high in the city. It was quiet and very clean. Enjoyed cooking and being within walking distance to food/coffee and shopping. We will hopefully be re-booking for our next trip to town.

Have no washing machine and the condos is on the first floor. A little bit inconvenient for moving to the elders if they have big luggage. Luckily we got help from the neighbors:)

if you have more than one car, parking is a little bit of the hassle. 1 hour or 2 hour limits with the metered or limited parking. There is a parking garage around the corner.

Water didn't stay hot long.

Love the location and how close to convention center it was. It had everything we would need to make meals. The place was super clean and had a relax feel. Would recommend this place.
