Whilst the pool was reported to have been deep cleaned that day, the water was slightly green which put me off using it.

This is a fantastic property. The photos do not do it justice. It is very roomy, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. 3 bathrooms!! 2 living areas. The 3 bedrooms are huge. The kitchen has everything you need. It came nicely furnished with a highchair and crib for our infant. The swimming pool is the added bonus - we spent hours in the pool. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return.

Although my sister had no complaints, my mom's room and ours had very uncomfortable beds. My husband actually slept on the couch downstairs one night. There were tiny ants (Florida - bugs - it's common), and so we had to get traps, but it worked. It would have been nice to know that there was a tenant living on the property before booking rather than being caught off guard by that with the check in instructions. There was nothing we could do about it at that point, and frankly, we never saw the tenant so it did not impact our stay.

Overall, everything was very clean and user friendly - there was plenty of space for my mom, my sister and brother in law, my husband and myself. We didn't use the pool because we were visiting my brother in Tampa and spent most of our time at his house.

No hot tub, but I knew that before hand

The home was beautiful, the pool area was nice. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim. Wish it had a hot tub. That would have made our get away perfect.

The yard was in desperate need of cut. Weeds were extremely high. Saw a few small coaches would definitely recommend a bug service. Some of the beds were hard. Nothing major.

The house was as pictured. It was clean and had lots of extras most rentals do not have. Welcome basket by front door was very nice surprise. The pool was clean and refreshing as we were there in Aug. Shady areas all day on patio which was much needed. No extra fees or locks to mess with for the grill which was wonderful. Host was very responsive if needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Some extra lighting in the extended space in master bedroom would make the master area more usable. More lighting in the master bathroom mirror and shower would be helpful. Found a few bugs in kitchen and living room floor. No dishwasher soap provided so we had to handwash the dishes. :(

My group of 5 friends could all share the property comfortably with a bed for each of us. Loved the kitchen with all the basics. The location is very convenient. Furniture is comfortable and well maintained. Tastefully decorated. The backyard is furnished well with chairs and gaming equipment. Didn't get to use the pool but a nice touch. Most importantly the host obliged to our early check-in request. I would definitely come back. Thank You Yeni!
