Very roomy and clean! The multilevels helped with not feeling cramped and each person had his/her comfortable space. Large windows, and had good privacy also. Very easy access to markets and stores. We had everything we needed for our 2 weeks of stay with 3 younger kids, and the place felt just like home! Loved the washer/dryer upstairs so we didn’t have to haul the laundry up and down the stairs. We’d love to stay there again!

It is out of the host’s reach but, there’s a construction next door that starts VERY early! Hopefully it’s done by know since our stay was 3 months ago. It’s understandable that this is out of the owners reach but, the important part is that it did NOT bother us at all.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Mr. VJ- the host has another property on the same road both equally gorgeous. I can attest that ALL the pix you see about this listing! This property is so well kept and HUGE. I know about the other property because I mistakenly arrived at that one but, one quick call and Mr. VJ replied instantly and directed us to the correct one. The entire house is spacious, I’m kind of sad we didn’t spend much time in it as we were out and about all day while we were in LA. It perfectly accommodated 5 people with enough privacy since the rooms are not next to each other(Loved that!). This place is FULLY stocked of amenities. If you have a vehicle there’s assigned spots inside the property for your vehicle; mega plus! This house exceeded our expectations. Strongly suggest!

There were only a handful things that I would believe would make the stay even better: - More Living Room Seating - At one point, all five of us wanted to sit and watch TV to relax, but we had to pull in seating from the dining room as there was only one sofa. I think a bigger sofa or maybe a few ottomans to accommodate more people would definitely help - Full Length Floor Mirror - Simple cleaning supplies (multi-purpose spray, etc) - Laundry Detergent (dishwashing pods were available) - Better Blinds in all rooms for better privacy

Daniel's home was central to all the places we wanted to visit: So-Fi Stadium, Koreatown, The Griffith Observatory and the Airpot. The directions on how to get to the home, the check-in and check-out process were very clear. Daniel was extremely responsive and accommodating. The home itself was so impressive and felt like you were at a hotel but still felt like home away from home. I would 100% stay there again in the future.

Plenty of space and I really liked that there were plenty of bathrooms. It was a nice place and the beds were comfortable.

Initially, we booked 328 1/2. Upon arrival we were sent information informing us that the location we booked had a hot water problem. When we arrived to the substitute location, down the street, it was so filthy. EVERY wall and I mean EVERY wall was scratched up and dirty, we were shocked. Requested to be moved. The contact said she would send us to the original location however we were sent to the 330 1/2, the unit behind 328 1/2. We were disappointed because the front unit didn't have the unsecured door to enter the unit but it did have a camera watching us from the outside of the property - There was someone in the unit we had booked. Needless to say, this started our trip out a bit uneasy.

The property was clean, outside of what appeared to be normal wear and tear (scratches on wall). Modern set up (BEAUTIFUL DOOR) but only ONE(1) TV (large TV in the kitchen), no TVs in Bedrooms although there are plugs for them. There were mistakes made when we arrived and the contact could have done better but overall, it was a good stay. The location was good if you entered from Beverly Street. If you enter from one of the other streets at the wrong time of day, there are prostitutes outside.

We didn't have the instruction for home entrance until we kept calling and 6 hours after arrival we received the email. The house was changed without any further notice and the replacement was not same as what we saw and paid for( worse and very disappointing). The neighborhood was loud and due to maintenance going in the other unit the workers were so loud and disturbing.

Overall was a clean place.

we were supposed to get the apartment that you see in the pictures, but a few hours before our arrival, we were informed that we would receive another apartment due to maintenance problems. but unfortunately also the apartment that we received was badly maintained. In one bedroom, we found ants, and we needed to sleep all night with ants surrounding our bad!! day after, there was aflood because of the washing machine. Attached are photos of the ants and flood. Our advise don't get near those appointments.

The useless cleaning staff. The tub drain was clogged and obvious staff don’t run water in the shower for cleaning. Also, the flies,gnats,and fruit flies were in abundance. Ice machine lodged in the hopper and can’t dispense ice. While cleaning the ice up in freezer. There were a nest of the pests. Had to clean that as well. I shouldn’t have cleaning fee waived or returned. The kitchen table about to collapse,buy a new one"

The layout and many perks and safe location. Daniel the host was very patience and kind. Most helpful.
