Staff when we checked in were less than enthusiastic. Apparently there is no dress code since staff were not dressed even near business casual. TV streaming was horrible- trying to watch a movie and it had to be reset every 5 minutes. Dining area was less than inviting.

I don't think there was an elevator??? Even though it was only one floor to go up my husband has an oxygen issue so any exertion is hard.

The large TV looked fantastic but every channel we tried was buffering. After many times of trying we finally figure out the system. It might be a good idea to leave instructions in every room.

Breakfast was lacking- basically just waffles, toast, cereal. It got the job done, but a couple more options would have been nice. Shower did not drain.

The only gripe I have is that our key cards needed reprogrammed every single day. Even though we were staying in the same room for three nights, every time we came back to the room late at night upon finishing our jobs, we had to go to the desk to get them programmed again.

The staff was very nice and the property had everything we needed. Our purpose for this booking was to shower and sleep. The AC worked great and we were able to sleep soundly for the few hours a night we spent there.

The Wi-Fi worked poorly and kept dropping. I had to hotspot from my phone for my tab to connect to internet. The breakfast was mediocre. The daytime receptionist was unable to help with anything I asked about and had an unpleasant demeanor, despite being asked very nicely. The halls carpets were often dirty, but that could be the carelessness of guests. I did have the misfortune of looking under my sink and the floor/walls there were quite dirty.

The size of the room for the value was pretty good. I liked that the king bed had 4 pillows that were pretty ok.

I had booked a room for a king bed, got there and no king beds available. They gave me a room with two queens beds and told me there would be no charge for the mistake. I was charged the full price for a king room. They received full payment for a king room 3 days prior to my arrival.

Although the breakfast is adequate, it would have been better if they could ensure or top-up the bread available since the only hot items are toast and make-your-own waffles, the latter is a little more hassle and one can be tired of the same thing morning after morning.

Stayed here for a total of 8 nights. The room is good and relatively clean although some of the linen could do with replacements. The response to any problems from the staff is relatively swift. The property is in a good location, in a quiet neighbourhood, with F&B outlets (Pizza Hut) and amenities close by. Since one is expected to have a car in the US, all major amenities are well within driving (<5 min) distance.

The breakfast room was meager ... a poor assortment of celophane wrapped rolls, two kinds of cereal, and waffles. The oj needed to be diluted. The coffee however was good.

We were visiting family nearby, so the location was great for us. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and our reservation was just as we had booked it. The whole facility was clean, including our room and everything in the room (TV, HVAC, lights) worked. Very comfortable bed. The price was very competitive. Plenty of parking. Various shops and restaurants are nearby.

Kids 6 and up are considered adults and charged as such and then you get charged 20 a night for a 3 pound dog.
