Steps down to the property can be precarious, but they let us use the garage door entrance so it was fine. If you can’t do stairs it’s not the place for you.

There was nothing we did not like.

We liked everything about our stay there. Bev and Dan were friendly and hospitable hosts. They are very easy to talk to and treated us as if we had known each other for years. All the amenities were splendid!!!

EVERYTHING! Bev was awesome. She instantly made us feel welcome and even invited us to join her for dinner. Everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful. We will be booking again on our next trip to Indy.

The host was exceptional! She really listened to our needs and went beyond and above but never intrusive! Great sense of humor! The views were great and if circumstances were different for our stay we would have definitely gotten out on the water.

Loved everything

Location, directly on the water with beautiful scenery! The rental has Lots of space (more sq ft then my home)! It was super clean and offered gorgeous decor! Bed was super comfy.

The second bedroom is upstairs

We had the lower level to ourselves. The living space had a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom was accessible from the bedroom or living space. We had a full kitchen and beverages were provided.

Nothing we necessarily didn’t like.

Good location! Best view! It was very spacious and comfortable. Mrs. Bev was a great host! She was very kind and gracious! We were there for Junior Gold Bowling Championship and we didn’t get to take her up on her offer to go out on the lake because it seemed like we were constantly running, but we would have loved to!

You should know there are steps and or a path to access the house. I believe Bev does mention that in the description. We were all in our 80s but navigated them ok. Otherwise no dislikes!

Bev was a wonderful hostess! She and her husband were very helpful upon our arrival. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. It was a perfect spot for us and another couple. It is on the water and a really beautiful spot. The location was perfect for our short vacation. We will definitely go there again!

We couldn't stay another day.

The house was amazing & Bev was fantastic. She made sure my wife & I had everything we needed. She was very helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat & how to get to the Ruoff music center for our concert. The location couldn't be any better. It is close to everything we wanted to do in the Indianapolis area. We already have another stay scheduled later this year
