I would say they did not provide wash rags, therefore we had to bring our own. They did provide plenty enough towels. The pool lights were not working so we could not stay in the pool at night time.

The property was amazing and quite spacious. Great location and the staff was extremely friendly.

Water pressure in shower was very low. Wish there was salt and pepper in kitchen. So we didn't have to buy and throw away Nothing that made the stay bad though

There was an issue with the upstairs TV upon arrival, but I was able to msg the owners to inform them so I didn’t get charged. we didn’t like the entrance set up. you have to input your ID instead of a generic code, it was kindof tedious especially for everyone stopping to visit. we didn’t get a gate card which would have been helpful for the playground and basketball court; but after speaking with a resident who reside in the community. none of their cards work.

Within a Gated community and is very big and spacious house for a family during vacation. the neighborhood was very quiet. definitely will rent again from Plus Vacations Homes. GREAT FOR TAKING PICTURES 😆The staff was extremely helpful especially when the wifi went out briefly, someone came and reset the modem. this is my 2nd time renting a house for vacay through booking.com and I am very impressed. definitely have my services.

There was a couple of things that were broken or wasn’t working, but then again we hardly stayed in the house since there was so many things to do.

You will need to bring or buy many household items if you’re staying a few days. Not enough wash cloths for all of us (12 people). There wasn’t any oven mittens or dish towels to clean the kitchen. The dishes were dirty. One plate still had dried food on it. The ice maker wasn’t functioning properly so we had to buy a bag of ice. The bottom shelf in the refrigerator was broken so we couldn’t use it or the drawer attached to it for our groceries. There were ants in some of the beds and nightstands. The master bedroom didn’t have a comforter so I had to take one off the twin bed. I found an eyelash strip on the floor in the master bedroom upstairs. You need to use the 5G Wi-Fi to get internet connection. If you don’t you will not have internet service. The TV remote batteries need to be replaced. Hot water was an issue when showering. I didn’t find an iron but there was an ironing board. There is absolutely no food at this house so you will need to buy everything, all condiments, etc. However, I would stay here again to accommodate my large family. I just know what to bring next time 😁

The place is very spacious. Great for large groups. Each room had its own bathroom except the one room downstairs. The neighborhood was beautiful. My family spent most of our stay in the pool and movie theater area. My father and his wife enjoyed the pool table setup in the game room. There was a cute tablet that had a welcome greeting and information about our stay. Pool towels were provided. Communication was good throughout our booking and stay. Two grills and utensils are provided. Most kitchen appliances are provided, blender, coffee maker, bottle opener etc. Shampoo and conditioner was provided in the showers. There’s a washer and dryer but be sure to bring your detergent if you plan to use it.

The only real complaint that I have was the trash every where.... Microwave door handle was halfway on halfway off... The lights and the heating to the pool didn't work but overall I had a great stay

Parking, getting in through gate was always a bit of a hassle. 2 rooms didn’t have hot water in the shower. But overall house was really nice!
