The location is 15min away to LGA. If you are planning to stay a night to catch your flight this is a good place. Surrounding area looks industrial though. Nowhere to buy food/groceries. I think it's about few blocks. I did not feel safe walking around anyway. So just ordered doordash for dinner. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

I had to book last minute stay due to my cancelled flight in JFK. They had to rebook my flight in LGA and found this hotel. Thank God I did not choose to stay in the airport. I had the best night and sleep. The hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything looks new and upgraded. Staff are polite. Easy checkin and checkout. Good value for money specially if it's late booking.

The streets in front are/were being paved and that cost some extra walking to catch our Uber. But by next week there will be a new street along with many other improved sidewalks and streets throughout to neighborhood.

We needed an overnight for a flight out of LGA. The hotel is within 15 minutes ride. The location is a great surprise as there is a walkable distance to College Point which is loaded with stores and restaurants. The hotel room was spotless and comfortable. The shower fantastic. The towels and soaps and such very nice. The modern lighting and entry and such all just surprisingly elegant and yet simple. The staff was friendly and efficient. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms very quiet and spacious.

No coffee in the rooms! Also the directions currently on their website are misleading as it is nowhere near the metro 7 line and requires a considerable 30 minute bus ride to get there from the last stop (Flushing).

The hotel only has coffee pods and they ran out in Lobby, also mirror has bright lights on it which don’t dim so difficult to avoid while sleeping.

The room is not as clean as we expected. Th bathroom door can't be closed completely so water would come out when taking a shower. The floor isn't very clean and we found a cigarette bud when we first walked in. I also don't like the smell in the room, seems like they are trying to cover up and cigarette smell in the room.

The bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly.

The first room they gave us was I guess pretty new because there was no Furniture in the room , no mattress, nothing. But overall that was our third time staying there it was very nice

Seem like they were still in construction. Also, my room wasn't ready when I got there and we got there at 6pm. But front desk was able to get me another room right away.

The room was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was very nice. Also, the price of the hotel was very reasonable especially since we only stayed for one night. Overall, we would stay here next time we come to the area, if the price stay the same.

I liked everything at this hotel! Maybe because it's brand spanking new, but I am already making plans to go back. (I stayed in April 2024). I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and got settled in my room.The rooms are super modern. Spacious enough.That shower is delightful. The beds and pillows are so comfortable I could sleep all day. That TV was a real entertainment system. The chairs have a Bentley logo on them, lol. Made me smile. The lighting system is quite efficient. Everything smelled so new and fresh. I loved it! 😍 I did not have the time to use any of the facilities, but I am sure everything was up to par. Some parts of the hotel, like conference rooms and what not, were still under construction/set-up, but I didn't mind. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking is easy and available . Overall, I just can't wait to go back!
