The bed felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I barely slept and had I not knocked myself out with sleep medication I'd not have slept at all.

I was in town for a con and it was the cheapest option. No frills, not too dirty, it's a motel and nothing more or less.

The bed itself was not comfortable at all. It was like sleeping on a box spring. I did complain but unfortunately they did not have any other rooms available. A lot of the tenants smoke outside so definitely a smell associated with it. No smoking allowed in rooms

Lights didn’t work, I had to clean the AC filter so it would work. Tub and shower needed recaulked and repaired. Check in was a sad experience. The clerk was surly and to all and rude to the patron after us.

I walked in nobody was at the front desk for 10 mins i had to call the hotel phone only to find out my room wasn’t clean and that I was going to have to wait and hour for it to be cleaned check in time was 3 I got there at 4 didn’t check in until 5

There was no coffee pot as stated in the listing- I like to have a cup of coffee in the mornings but I don't like paying $5 for one at a coffee shop- I always make sure the rooms I book have a coffee pot before booking this one said they had one but unfortunately they didn't

I asked for a first floor when I booked. No steps. I was told not a problem. I was put on the second floor. I have bad legs and steps are super dangerous for me

Twice now the fire alarm has gone off and we have had to evacuate which sucks but that's not the properties fault.

For the price you can't beat this place. Is it the Ritz Carlton? No. But for $37 a night you really can't expect it to be. We are in between places right now so this is our "temporary home" and I'm honestly going to miss it here when we get a place next week. I like the people here, all of the staff are friendly and helpful.

There was a constant strange smell in the room that was a mix between cigarette smoke (though we had a non-smoking room) and body odor. We tried spraying some air fresheners and opened the windows as much as possible but the smell would not go away. It was quite pungent!

I liked the price and central nature of the location. Everywhere we went during our time in Canton was within a five to ten minute drive from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was not very cordial... Young man indicated when I asked where the blow dryer and iron was for my room (as indicated on the website) that the website hadn't been update in a while. He did finally locate an iron (which did not work) and a long-staying customer heard my situation and offered the blow dryer from her room. Tried to contact the "after hour numbers" and all three............ no one answered.

No breakfast but did like the location to where it was in reference to where I was going.

I hate that it's so far away and not a chain

Very comfortable bed, nice set up with the little microwave and mini fridge and sink. Very big room. When I first checked in, I was greeted by the nicest guy! I've stayed in budget inns all over but this was easily my favorite. No bugs (trust me I checked) and very clean. Next time I'm coming all the way out to Ohio again, I won't pass up this hidden gem. Oh! And there's a waffle house a mile away!

This is a drug hotel/addict hotel. Absolutely disgusting. Stuff all over the walls who knows what it could have been. Everything about this hotel was Absolutely disgusting
