Everything is on point, lovely set up of the hotel and rooms, amenities are superb and the coffee and common areas are great. The staff helped us and welcomed us perfectly and our stay although it was short it was definitely worth repeating again

Rooms are not very sound proof. Woken multiple times by other room doors closing and people going to/from the elevator. Any sort of noise like coughing or loud talking is clearly audible in the room. Curtains/blinds are not black out quality. Bed is right beside the window so as soon as the sun rises the room is super bright.

Very clean and felt secure. Good location close to multiple subway stations so easy to get around Manhattan. Shower was excellent and bed comfortable.

I liked the coffee shop and free drinks, the staff, the rooms and how they were spaced. The shower was amazing along with the Malin + Gotze products they supplied.

The mirror in the bathroom is long and skinny and you have to stand all the way pressed up against the wall to do your make up or look in the mirror at all. No reason the mirror could not have been bigger and the shelf next to it moved over. Also, don't love the overhead shower as a "curly girl" I do not wet my hair or travel with a shower cap so the big rain shower is not ideal.

Loved the staff, the decor, the affordability of the room service (even though I didn't order anything), the bed and overall vibe.

There was no wardrobe/ closet in the room (just a few hangers) which made it really inconvenient to stay there; sorry to say, but cleaning wasn’t very thorough either; expensive snacks and water; a can of beer at the rooftop bar was 14 dollars lol

Good food, nice ambience and the location is great. First we had a room facing the main street which was quite noisy in the night. We asked for another room facing the backyard, which we got immediately without hesitation. Thanks!

It would have been nice if there were seats on our balcony. I think were you purposefully pay for the balcony and there is nothing on it - it's a little disappointing, but the view was nice and the room was clean so we have no major complaints.

The Location was great, and the staff were extremely friendly. The room size was fine, but we knew to expect this in NYC. The rooms are usually much smaller for your money here than in other cities. The entrance area had a very cosy vibe with a nice cafe for guest where you could have unlimited teas/ coffees, and the hotel have an hour each night were guests can enjoy a free wine or alcoholic drink which was a nice touch.

Not always possible to find a space to have breakfast or coffee in the morning as non-residents had set up laptops to work. Meant that we had to leave the hotel first thing to get coffee

The room did not meet expectations, unfortunately for us, it was style over substance. Awkward getting into bed, nowhere really to put / hang anything. The mini bar / snacks was so expensive. Side lights flickered or didn't work.

Trendy design, great location, very comfy bed, great cocktails, tapas bar downstairs was brilliant.

There are no mini fridges in the room. Irons are available upon request but no ironing board.

Stylish, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfortable. More space than most NYC hotels I’ve stayed in, with a desk to write/eat it. My room had beautiful city views. Corner room location was quiet. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Central location for exploring Manhattan a short train ride to Brooklyn. Will stay here again! I was here for business but stayed through the weekend to visit with family.
