I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Loved the vibe of the Cafe and entré to your hotel, the hotels design, fusion between Scandinavian and japanese decor! Loved the outdoor terrace breakfast space. Also enjoyed the coffee shop and breakfasts.

Rooms need more clothes hangers since there are no closets or dressers.

Enjoyed the ergonomics of the room design. Enjoyed the studio room with the bed on the raised floor. Made for a spacious feel even in a small room. Great bedding. Really nice bathrooms and shower. Very large by NYC standards. Staff was amazing. Rooftop bar was nice and coffee bar in lobby was great.

Fantastic location (especially for first-time visitors wanting to see the sights); in walking distance (15-40 minutes) to places likes Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller, Central Park etc. There was different food options close by the hotel, the building felt safe and secure, was always clean and staff was very friendly. The room was a great size, with a good view out of the huge window, and the bed was really comfy!

The AC wasn’t working throughout our stay. We complained twice and no improvement was made. They sent us a bottle of wine, but we were so hot and had horrible sleep.
