The pool wasn’t big and they didn’t have enough cookware for a family cooking for the dishes they had in the home

No big complaints really, but the carpet upstairs is a bit tired, and the towel rails need tighten up. Ideally, need to have more pans in the kitchen; we asked for an extra pan and it was brought within 10 minutes.

Lovely and spacious villa, could park right in front of it. All the bedrooms had their own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The hot tub and bbq grill were great to have, we made good use of them during our stay. Great location, 10 - max 30 minutes drive to all the different disney parks and Universal Studios, close to some small stores that do takeaway food till late and 6 mins from a big Walmart.

Only one thing, the pool. There were people there being obnoxious that were obviously not guests of the property and stayed at the pool the entire day and made relaxation time impossible. Please monitor your guests who use the property without being paying customers.

Very modern, spacious, excellent kitchen, outdoor patio, and large rooms. Having many beds was very convenient.

We had some issues with our AC unit but the maintenance was not able to send staff immediately to fix the issue. We had to wait until the next morning.

Not sure if the one we stayed in did not have the Jacuzzi/Hot Tub as displayed in the pictures when booking. It would have been nice to use it in the evenings.

The location was excellent for the Disney Vacation. The facilities met or exceeded our expectations. The house was very comfortable, and all the amenities were perfect. Definitely will stay there again. Most importantly it was a secured facility.

Kitchen didn’t come with barely any cooking appliances would have to bring own pot and pans

Just before our holiday, we discovered a lot of reviews about overzealous nonsensical fees being applied and we almost didn’t come because of those. During the holiday we were very conscious of these and It was stressful feeling we had to cover our backs. However I would say we had no such trouble ourselves and the staff we encountered were helpful and solved any issues we raised immediately so I would be more relaxed next time. Kitchen also needs a lot more equipment!

Early check in. People are trying to maximize their vacation time by flying in early. So yes they come in early. If the room is available (which ours was) why not just let them check in?

Only one pool with cold water. Be aware it’s very much like staying at an Airbnb. Not a lot of staff, only enough household supplies for a Joey time and you are required to replenish them yourself. Water temps were strange. Some showers were scolding hot while others were cold.

The property was nice. Rooms were clean. Lots of space and rooms makes a comfortable stay for larger groups.

The design of your shower is horrific, from the 1/2 wall to the different dials to change from handheld shower sprayer to rainfall, it's just difficult to work. In the past few weeks I have rented 3 different units at Magic Village Views and each and every time have had shower trouble. Two times we had to call for service on the showers. Also, there are so many stains on the couch, ottoman at the end of the master bedroom. It's so off putting. When stains are that obvious it makes you wonder what it is. We just didn't sit on the couches because of it. Also, so many scuff marks on the walls. We were told this unit and it's hot tub were one of the newest but it definitely was quite banged up. Luckily we spent most days out so it didn't bother us very much. I just thought it was worth mentioning.

Location to ESPN was fantastic, closeby shopping for all necessities, pool and workout available if desired.

Kitchen didn't have a fry pan, no tea towel to dry dishes was not provided. No condiments, salt and pepper or sugar. Most places I have stayed have these things.
