The mattresses could use replacing. You could feel the springs in the master mattress and it was incredibly hard.

The cleanliness was lacking.. there was dust in most of the apartment. We found food crumbs, a nail that fell off and small (very small) toys left behind. There was hand towels left in the dryer and utensils left in the dishwasher (we didn’t use the dish washer but wondered where the spatula went)

The apartment was very comfortable and close to the pool and club house. Walking distance to the Walmart if you don’t plan to have a car. The kids room was really fun and entertaining. There were beach towels and accommodations for a young toddler like a pack and play and high chair. Our toddler saw the bunk beds and refused to go in the pack n play but it was good to have the option. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful!

I love everyrhing, the apartment was well equiped we deffinately loved the kid's room! my kids were in love with the games they didn't want to leave. Bedroom colors were so magical for childrens ,everything was just great!

We didn't like the beds too much, but they were not bad by any means. Just a little firm for us.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The kids' room is amazing, they had so much fun! The pool/welcome center has a market with Cafe. There you can get food and beer. There are kid activities going on. You can also check out equipment for basketball, ping pong and such. There is also a nice fitness center. Our awesome host even let us check out late. Host was prompt with replies. I want to point out how close to the pool the condo is. This place is huge so I'm glad we didn't have to load up in the car to get there.

The weather which obviously wasn't your fault!

The apartment was exceptional for 4 adults and 2 kids. The pool and water park and the store were all great as well.

Plenty of parking away from the hustle and bustle of the parks but just minutes away from them. You could easily stay here and never leave the apartment everything you possibly need is right on the grounds. Host was very responsive to any questions!

This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our family vacation to Disney. If you have young children the game room/bedroom is so much fun! The water park and huge pool area was beautiful. We didn’t have to go to another water park for our 9 year old. He had so much fun at the hotel pool/water park.

We did get locked out of our room on the last day due to a low battery of lock which was a struggle to figure out but Phyllis answered right away and we got it taken care of. The pool pictures make the pool and water area look much bigger than they really are so they were a bit crowded but still enjoyable and fun!

The toy story room was perfect for our little one! The rest of the rooms were clean and very spacious and enjoyable. No problems getting our groceries delivered and finding our way to close golfing and Disney. The room is a short walk to the pool area which was very nice.
