There was no guidance on what floor your condo was on. There was no sign for the owners line coming into the property. We were left to sit there being ignored until the attendant finally let us know. Also needs to be instructions to a dumpster. Our trash was too big for the shoot. Only one gate was open to the pool with no directions as to which one of the many was open. Lots of frogs in the pool.

Bathtub was clogged and taking a shower you were in a foot of water. Master bed had some sand in it. No ice machine at property. Beds could have had an egg crate to make more comfortable. No blankets in case you got cold only thin sheets. No early check in waited outside for 3 hours🙄.

Nice location. Great view. Great pools and hot tub. Short walk to beach. Beach chairs were included big plus! Free parking! Pool stayed open to 10pm.

Room code didn't work when I arrived, but vacasa responded quickly with the new code. Didn't like the parking situation. Had problem with the door locking.

We received a text telling us we could check in early. After unloading everything. We couldn't get in the room. When we called they said we received the text by mistake. Had to load everything back up until the scheduled check in time.

Loved this place! Beach was amazing! The rooms and facilities were very clean. Wished we had scheduled a longer stay. Definitely using this place again.

Arriving at night, very hard to find our building. We were told to go right which was correct but better direction would have been.Park in parking garage and your bldg is the first one on the right. Had to ask 2 other visitors which bldg and elevator

There was construction going on outside the whole time except for Sunday so the baby wasn't able to rest. Hall bath needs to be serviced/updated. The shower door was barely hanging on, the inside of the shower glass had a film and the shower knob needs to be cleaned. Overall the place was clean. Some of the vertical blind pieces had fallen off before we arrived and each time you'd open the 2 in the living room, we'd have to reinstall them. Hot tub was down except for one day.

You had everything readily available that you'd need at home. Really enjoyed the stay over all. Heated pool was great bc the weather turned out cold. Really nice place to bring the family because of the amenities and location

Dryer is rusting on the top inside rim. Left rust stains on several items. Ties on shorts got wedged on the top inside rim and twisted. Had to purchase a drying rack. Master bed dips quite a bit on one side.

Loved the decor of the condo. It felt brand new! Everything was clean and kitchen was well furnished. View from the balcony was beautiful and beach was just steps away. Elevator is conveniently located right across from condo. I would book again!

Bugs and water pipe busted had to find another place to stay for the remaining of our vacation. Was without water over night. Beds were very uncomfortable. Wasted a whole day trying to find another resort.

The floors were filthy. Mainly the carpeting. They did send a cleaner out but there was still junk stuck in the floors. There was constant construction going on outside and we would wake up to it. And it was all day long. There was so much debris flying by I never was able to sit on the balcony. Everything was covered in a layer of filth. We had to leave for most of the day or it was just overwhelming. Ended up having some anxiety and my husband got asthma. Not sure if it was from the construction stuff but mightve been. Should've called ahead and made sure there wasn't construction or anything else major going on.

We liked the closeness to the beach that this property had to offer. Also our bed in the master bedroom was comfortable even though the headboard wasn't attached and hit the wall every time you rolled over.

View of the beach is now compromised, construction on highway 98 is terrible and Parking garage did not have an adequate number of spaces. The clothes dryer damaged three pieces of our clothing and took for ever to dry the towels with a light to normal load. Left a day early to come home
