Front desk workers very rude. When we reported water issues in the bathroom and used our towels the first night to soak up the water we let the front office know.. they did nothing- when we ask for new towels since ours sat on the bathroom floor for four days, we were told we would not have made service and we’re giving towels only after we begged. No apology. My daughter had spiders in her room. We reported it and we’re given the excuse that they spray for bugs every two weeks. They were not going nor did they do anything about it. There were also ants in our bathroom and we saw several roaches crawling in the floors. We were told they served coffee in the breakfast room but, at 7:30 am we were told the coffee was already put up. When we asks for more toilet paper we told again that this is an extended day and we would only get the one a week. Whoever cleaned our room never replaced the toilet paper and our roll was almost empty. We had no paper towels and there were dishes in our dishwasher. Upon departure this morning nothing was said to us about the problems, no apology ever. I am now sick from smelling the mildew in my room by the standing water in the bathroom and soaked towels. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever return. If you stay here also watch out for the huge potholes in the parking lot.

When I went to do laundry I couldn’t use the washing machines because they were all taken by other guests who had left their clothes unattended.

Very friendly staff, always willing to go above and beyond to help. Spacious, clean and very nicely decorated rooms, big L shaped desk suitable for work and dining. Big closet and drawers to store clothes and personal belongings.

The shower water flooded all the way outside of bathroom, into the carpet near the bed, and the floor. Because the accessible room shower is at a higher ground, and everything else is lower. The dead bolt is broken. Some guy opened our door at around 4am midnight, when we were sleeping, claim they are doing "maintenance". Super creepy. The AC smelt like mold.

Need vending machines in the coffee room.

Clean room, comfy bed, hot water. Room had all the comforts of home. Coffeemaker, toaster, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, dinnerware. Coffee was available in the mornings. Maybe you can start offering something to go with it, i.e. donuts, muffins? Maybe install a vending machine in the coffee room?

Have stayed here several times over the last few years, this time was very different. The lobby and hallway floors were very dirty and it was musty smelling and hot. The hotel luggage carts were in terrible shape. I noticed there was a "fine" for unregistered pets- but yet it was ok to let small children scream and yell- repeatedly up and down the hallways -close to midnight! The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy- but at least it worked.

In a room for two that you could cook in, only cutlery for 1 person. Coffee pot didn’t work and had to get replaced. Key card had to be changed as it only worked once. Only 3 pillows for the bed. TV didn’t work on our first night but did in the morning!

It was old dirty loud. The smoking area was at the front door. You had to get by people smoking coming in and going. We kept getting locked out of our room. The microwave didn’t work right.

No coffee, tea , hot chocolate or hot water for arrival nor 1st thing in the morning before hitting the road. The luggage carts were terrible - all 4 wheels turn - impossible to steer or maneuver, even with 2 people. The main hallway, stairs to 2nd floor, hallway by elevator had white power on them that you had to maneuver around so as not to bring in to your room on your shoes.

The check-in went well. The staff were very friendly.

We paid over $200 for one night stay, but the stay was not worth the money. The coffee maker did not work, the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from 4am on. Felt like we paid way too much for what we got.

The location was close to the highway and felt relatively safe. The staff was very nice and the room was clean.

When I arrived I was informed that my paid reservation was not paid. Their credit card reader wasn’t working and wanted me to fill out a paper form which they just laid on top of a filing cabinet with all my information. There was a line of newly checked in people beginning to form at the desk complaining of dirty / smelly rooms with no cable. After receiving a room I went to check it out before accepting it. The room was clean but the air conditioner didn’t work, the room temperature was 86%. My television said no signal. I went back to the desk and stood in line with another group of unhappy newly checked in customers for approximately 20 to 30 minutes while the 2 front desk ladies were cleaning a room. Finally returning to the desk we were informed that they were booked and didn’t have any more available rooms. Myself and other costumers had to find other accommodation for the night.

Our new room was in a fabulous location for my walking issues. But was close to the front desk. Very noisy. At one time there was a huge fight with someone and the desk clerk. I don't know if it was another employee or a customer! But it was very awful!! Also, the next morning when I pulled shower curtain to shower, the whole back wall had long black hair on it! It was horribly disgusting! My husband cleaned it off before I could take a picture.

When we checked in we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, so the front desk gal quickly moved us to a new room.

Put up a sign on the EXIT door that also indicates the elevator is tucked around the corner - you cannot see the elevator as you walk down the hall.

Halle at the front desk went above and beyond when I checked in. It was 5 pm, but cleaning staff had not shown up that day, and my room was not yet clean. Halle left the front desk and spent 15 minutes prepping my room. She also was helpful in locating the elevator, as my room was on the 2nd floor, and I have a bad knee which makes doing steps difficult.
