Next to our hotel worked builders. They built two new buildings. This was not very pleasant.

There are no locks on bathroom doors. The AC was broken the first night and the following morning took a while for the maintenance to fix it (was frozen). Pool could be larger. Major construction next to the building which made it quite noisy.

Ocean front view balcony is great, especially if you are on the upper floors. (make sure to stay towards the right side, not left if you're facing the ocean. There is major construction on the left side of the building). The bedroom views are great. Ocean front rooms have 2 bathrooms which is convenient.

Front desk check in was lacking in helpfulness. No assistance available with luggage at check in was ever offered. Given that we paid over $900 per night for penthouse, I expected a nicer check in experience. Room was very dated. Tiles cracked in floor, cookware that was supposed to be included with the kitchen that I paid for with the penthouse lacked basic equipment. How can we be expected to cook in oven when there are no baking pans or sheets provided at all?

Location was great and beach facilities and pool area great. Service at pool and beach were best part of stay.

Bar downstairs in the lobby. The bartender tried to sell you double even though you didn’t ask for it and no knowledge how to make drinks properly

The beach is very clean and is close to the resort. The rooms were very clean and big. The equipment in the kitchen is great. The balcony and jacuzzi were the best of all! The staff were also very friendly!

One day, our room's TV stopped working, and a technician came. After checking for about a minute, he said it was due to the bad weather, and the TV couldn't be fixed. We have to wait until it connected by itself. My husband is also a technician, and he noticed where the cable was. After the technician left, my husband fixed it by himself. I'm not sure if he was in a hurry to finish work or if he thought we didn't know anything about it. I don't want to delve into the reasons behind it, but please be sure to ask your technical staffs why the guests are able to fix the issue by themselves when they cannot.

Late Check-in due to room not being ready. Pool area needs work. Pictures of the pool area are nothing like actual area.
