The Margaritaville Restaurant is the absolute worst one I have ever visited. The atmosphere is terrible. Wait staff were not happy or eager to serve. The volcano attraction has not worked in over 2 years. Needs a bar makeover.

Nothing really except maybe parking since it’s not at the property. But even that wasn’t awful to walk. You could also take the trolley if you preferred but we chose to walk it. They do have the option of valet parking if you prefer but I’m impatient and didn’t want to stand and wait for my vehicle to be brought to me. They are renovating right now so the noise in the hallway in the morning was disruptive.

It’s conveniently located to everything in Pigeon Forge and not too far of a drive to Gatlinburg. I loved that we could walk out the doors and be able to walk around and enjoy The Island both day and night. The employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room is a great size with plenty of room to move around.

This is an amazing place to stay. I love when I can stay here good for the whole family or just for you and you spouse. Room is nice and spacious and very clean. Check in is always so smooth and the staff is excellent and so friendly. I love that the property is right in the heart of pigeon forge great location. One of the nicest places to stay there in the Great Smoky mountains. Would recommend this place to most anyone looking for a place to stay. It's home away from home

Our room wasn't ready till 5pm and we had to sit and wait in the lobby. They told us they would alert us when it was ready. At 5 I went back to check in desk and another agent told us it was available. Not sure how long we would have had to wait if I had not gone up and asked. Everything else was fine but we were dissapointed with how things started.

There was really nothing I didn't like about Margaritaville. They were remodeling, but it did not affect me. And even if it did, the service of the staff would have more than made up for that. It's hard when you have mobility impairment to go anywhere on vacation. But again every single person helped from the young man who was valet parking when we got there that rolled me in and stayed with me until we started to our room to the young ladies at the front desk who had wheelchairs waiting for us and who would, if possible, bring food up if I had called down to order and another gentleman who just happened to be walking by supervising, it seemed , the renovations on our last day, He helped carry out bags and helped us get downstairs because he saw we were struggling. It was just the most amazing experience, and it wasn't the price of the rooms or the Stars that show the hotel's rating... It was the staff. It's rare to say that not one staff member was at least a little short with you, but here there wasn't a single person that didn't bend over backwards to help me. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get back to Margaritaville, but it was just the most wonderful time relaxing and not even having to do much but feel free and happy and I can't thank everyone there enough for that experience!

I had not been on vacation in over 10 years, and from the moment I arrived there was not a person at Margaritaville hotel that was nothing but kind and helpful. It was overwhelming and I had the very best time that I've had in forever.

My husband is having some health issues and the ROOM was way too far away. I wish we could choose our room location., He does NOT want to go back due to this issue. (sad). The rooms are crazy spread out.

The rooms are so big. The beds are so comfy. The locations is perfect.

Only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. You have to pay either 23 a day for valet, or pay to self park 10 a day.

Loved how big the rooms are. Also, liked how close we were to everything at the Island.
