Room service closed too early felt like it should stay open longer or even be 24hrs , I also didn’t like that little to nothing was included in your stay literally had to pay for almost everything … I also didn’t like the bugs on the balcony that flew in the room as soon as we opened the balcony doors at night … they literally took over the front living room area

Nice relaxing stay , love the fire by the private beach & the bar by the pool !!! Those were my favorites!!

because my room was facing the side, view of the lake, where all the water activities rental are at, therefore at night, it's dark at night. It was pitch black. Tons of mosquitoes. There is not light in the balcony too. So we basically stayed in the room, barely use and sit in the balcony. I recommend to pay a little more for the resort/pool view.

The resort it's beautiful. My children loved it. The room was very new and clean. They enjoyed all the amenities there, foods, and pools. It's a nice location.

The sign in the lobby just says breakfast between this time with an arrow pointing outside. Then there were no signs outside showing where to go & everyone was confused & trying to walk through a locked door (when the entrance was into the conference building). The fact that everyone pays so much to stay there, then breakfast was not even that good, & surprised people that you had to pay. The shower in the room sucks, no pressure with a rain shower, & was very dingy.

I liked the license to chill bar, we ate there a couple times. The pools were nice & we had a great time. We rented multiple things from Einsteins boat shop. It's nice that just about anywhere on the premises we could charge something to the room & not carry around a wallet

They need to put a lot more effort on the food options and taste! I know their prices are not ridiculous, but for a “resort” food needs to be good so you stay inside!

I really enjoyed our stay the room was not as clean as we would have liked. There was food on the patio and the room was not swept. Hopefully that was just a one time concern. We plan to visit again. The valet was a bit of a issue but it was worked out. It took time to get our car coming and going. We wish there was more to do for adults but we love the family friendly vide.

We really enjoyed the staff and location. We also enjoyed the pool and the staff supporting the pool. We had a great time at the hotel.

Elevator took 20 minutes on check. They did have signs about it but they could definitely you more and halls be air conditioned

Pool areas were age appropriate and fenced in. It was easy to let me kids play and sit in one spot and watch them. And there were bonus activities each night.

the rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, we had a target bag with someone else’s belongings in our Room when we got there and found some false eyelashes on the night stand by the bed.

we loved the location right on the lake, the rooms were spacious, all of the activities and amenities the resort offered were great.

I didn’t like that there was not a lot of food places in the hotel or outside of the hotel. And they close at 10 pm so if you want food you had to get of the hotel and get food.

Something that I liked of the hotel was the staff they are nice they ask you are they can make conversation. And if you put you’re car in valet they don’t take long and if they do is because they make turn on the air conditioning.

The room was set at 60°, yet was a little warm, not even 70°. The hallways, souvenir shop, coffee shop, elevators were all hot. There weren't enough choices of eating places or food. The water in the pools wasn't really as clear as I like.

The room was great, very clean, bright, and fresh. We enjoyed the room. The pizza we bought was good, too. Our drinks at the 5 O'clock Bar were good.
