The people letting you in the pool were rude. The way they spoke to us was disrespectful. Both days we came to the pool and two different people. Everyone else was great though. Also our cottage had issues with the cable that took a long time to resolve and our cottage was missing a coffer pot and the Margaritaville Mixer that was supposed to be there.

Loved the manager and the receptionist at the desk. They were so kind and helped surprise me to make my stay special.

I paid for premier cottage w hot tub. the equipment was broken. I called for repair. The issue needed pool repair. I asked to be moved to another site. They didn’t follow up. I asked for adjustment in fee. no follow up. I have stayed there 4/5 times and never had this happen. the floors and one bathroom were not clean.

It made me confused when I requested late checkout. Called the customer service on the morning of departure, the gentleman confirmed that the late checkout is available. But the front desk said it’s not. Are they using different system? Otherwise, everything was great.

Super clean and comfortable cottage. Staffs are great, friendly and helpful. Perfect location to anywhere. Will stay again.

The cable in the room has terrible service and is tough to figure out. The sound system would only play one radio station. The beds are SUPER stiff and cuncomfortavle. The relaxation room in the spa is WAY too hot.

The pool bar and restaurant was nice, as well as the private hot tub. Staff was all very polite and professional. Our cottage was a very short distance from the salty rim. The kitchen amenities really came in handy.

When we booked the property we were under the impression we were to have a private pool as part of the package. We were disappointed to find out that the pool was not included with the cottage we were staying in when we checked in. We called a few days prior to our arrival and asked about the pool however when we checked in we were told it was not available much to our chagrin. the representative from Margaritaville who checked us in basically told us if something should be available she would contact us. Felt blown off by our inquiry but it didn’t put a damper on the experience overall.

Unfortunately, we did find it a little inconvenient having to drive back and forth around the property to take advantage of the spa, property amenities and restaurant on site. parking was not the most convenient in those situations. Also, the property was not fully built and all amenities were not open as advertised e.g. childrens splash pad, and gift shop wasn’t prepared with many conveniences. Check in was ill equipped for early check in and not informative or friendly.

The cottages were beautiful and immaculately clean. Our cottage was well appointed and well equipped to accommodate a family stay.

The bedroom on the first floor needed repair because three slats broke. The staff was amazing in correcting the situation, very timely and courteous.

I didn't like the bathroom. The shower did not have a full door and just a curtain that didn't prevent the water from coming out. We had to dry the bathroom floor after every shower.

Rentyl EXPRESS SERVICE: It took 4 employee's and a combo of 2 days to fix the cable tv in the main livingroom. The day before we checked out, the cable went out on 3 out of 4 t'v.s It took the technician 5 hours to show up on our last day, and he could only get cable back on in one bedroom, so no cable in other bedroom or in the main livingroom. Margaritaville Cottages are GORGEOUS and we would love to go back, but I cannot say for sure I'd book through Rentyl again, as the EXPRESS SERVICE is either not enough employee's or they waste time. They do answer the phone PROMPTLY, but after that the service simply DIES to SLOW SLOW SLOW.

very small living room and kitchen. unfortunately 3rd party booking thru booking.com adds significant confusion and challenges when changes to travel plans are necessary.
