The location is close to Time Square and subway. Very convenient for travelers. The staffs are nice and helpful. They are awesome!

The elevators. They often skipped the 7th floor so getting anywhere from the floor where you check in and/or have questions. I was almost late to my show because the elevator took more than 10 minutes.

I was upgraded from my queen room to a suite. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The views spectacular! The staff was friendly and helpful Restaurant, convenient and delicious.

The License to chill bar was closed an hr after it opened for the night for a private event. Also the bar on 31st for for a private event.

Fantastic location, The decor was wonderful, and the staff were excellent! The License to Chill bar on 7th floor had excellent WHO’s to blame margaritas! We were given buy one get one margarita coupon at check in. Our room was upgraded when we checked in to a corner room. Wonderful surprise!

What I liked less was the difficulty of getting the keys for my girlfriend who was to arrive a few hours earlier. Even after I had paid for the hotel in advance (after much back and forth online), she was still asked to provide a card to get the key (she refused). Left a bit of a sour taste. Also, I left a tip for the cleaning staff using an app provided by the hotel (to pay without cash), but they were unsure that it would be directed in the right direction (i.e. to the cleaning staff).

Location, facilities, particularly bar on the rooftop! And, of course the Margaritas. Staff generally friendly..

Shower: little water and water would stop flowing and then restart while one showers. Toiletry is poor. Do not have breakfast at the hotel. Bad quality and bad service.

We booked this hotel especially for the heated pool. It was a lot more expensive then other accomodation options we found, but we were ok to make the investment so our kids could have a swim after a day in the city. Unfortunately, the pool opening hours were only from 10am till 4pm, which was exactly the time we were exploring the city. These pool opening hours were not clearly communicated during the booking process. We would have chosen a cheaper option would we have known.

Excellent location on Time Square but high enough to not hear anything on the streets. Amazing views from the room.

Really nice place for a good price right in Times Square. They must have pretty thick windows, because it wasn't noisy at all inside. Small gym downstairs was nice, and the breakfast was a pretty competitive price for the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel/resort. It is CLEAN, it is COMFORTABLE. The staff in the whole building were all very nice and accommodating. The food was great! The location is great, walkable to many locations such as Harry Potter, Madame Tussaud's wax museum, the theater district, Bryant Park and the subway stations. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and we loved it. Worth every penny!

Room was very small. Barely room for our suitcases but this seems to be the case in most NY Hotels.

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and spotless clean. Views were great from rooftop bar and our room.

Its restaurant was very American, no good food and quality breakfast!!

Location, next to restaurants, sport bars, shops, Musical, theaters, cinemas, tours ( even the Statue Liberty Tour with the big boats starts close to this hotel !!!!! ) 15 min walk ! The rooms are small but well organised, clean and an excellent view to the lights and shine of New York City life. The lift is nice, decoration is very welcoming. The pool is beautiful, the bar with the DJ and view , wow …. Loved it 😍

I don't think there should be a wait for customers who are staying at the resort. I was spending the night and was told there was a 20min wait for a table at the main restaurant on the 2nd floor. Even after I hinted if they needed my room number to hold a table. No heaters on the rooftop.

2nd floor bar area was not clean...very nasty smell from the bar. Breakfast was expensive and not good.

Location was awesome. Rooms were small but wonderfully laid out and equipped with coffee machine and refrigerator.
