Didnt like the fact that no phone USB outlets or other outlets to charge phone in bedroom. Would of been nice if pot, pans and utensils, cups were provided. I had to buy a frying pan to cook. Also when linens were changed they had spots on them and the new towels had spots also.

How long the Elevator takes to come down or up when it’s only 6 floors and the room floor was VERY DUSTY.

The only serious gripe we had was the shower. The shower faucet in our room wasn't put together correctly, so we didn't have hot showers. It wasn't freezing cold, but only got up to a cool temperature, not even lukewarm. The faucet dripped as well, which was loud enough you could hear it in the bedroom. The tub was not replaced with the renovation, there was a quarter-sized chip in the porcelain / epoxy and some water stains. There's no table to eat at or do activities on. My wife and I like to stay inside and do puzzles or play games with the patio door cracked open so that we can listen to the ocean, and one of the days we were there was rainy all day. With no table to sit at we ended up sitting on the couch and watching TV. It doesn't really make sense to have an almost full-size fridge, a mini stovetop built into the kitchen counter, and a bedroom that can hold 4 people, but no table to sit at.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms have been recently renovated and look nice, for the most part. Room has a 3/4 size fridge with full freezer. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom sink and mirror looked nice. As far as the very basics go it was suitable - bedroom, bathroom, and a couch to sit on.

The issues in the room are so horrible & they need to address these issues before some one dies there

I didn't like anything about the room . All of the appliances were broken except the tvs. Even the balcony had yellow caution tape. I question the issue with the clerk he said that everything is fine but the rail is broken "he states just be carefull'' .The room was dirty and disgusting. The room smell awful like a pet & the sofa smell like dog urine of some sort. They have an a/c unit in the room that reeks of smoke & terrible odors I don't think they even clean units out nor change there filters. I literally had an allergic reaction being inside of the room. I had a constant nasal drip & my eyes were watery & drip constant. My throat felt like it was closing & painful. I sneeze & coughing all night. The room has mold.

The floor was so dirty, the bottom of our feet were black. The faucet in the kitchenette was not connected. No table to eat at.

No breakfast, no clothes hangers in closet, no microwave plate in microwave, very cheap iron and ironing board, both barely worked, laundry room has one old washer and dryer that had clothes in them constantly, when it was empty it took 8 quarters and never turned on. Counter person shrugged his shoulders told me to use the laundry mat 10 blocks away. Very loud neighborhood and tenants. Almost called police because of one couple fighting all night.

View of the ocean… They let me keep my bicycle rental in my room. It wasn’t safe outside… One of the counter persons was pleasant and seemed to actually care…
