Great place to stay, this is our second stay at this location, absolutely love it. The location is perfect for strolling the beautiful streets, close to gardens, restaurant's and lovely shops.

The unit faces a busy street with windows that di not block noise. Even with white noise it was very loud at all hours of the night and early morning. Best for sound sleepers and people with excellent ear plugs.

Neighborhood is great and the space is clean and comfortable.

We will stay here again, this was our second stay and could not be happier, the location is perfect and the room lovely.

Stove burner didn’t work, fridge light was out, thermostat was very confusing, people walking upstairs very loud, unable to prop open window, maybe add a recycle trash? It would be nice if there was salt and pepper, also a can opener, grater, and colander, (pasta being such an easy meal to make). Few glasses were chipped. The shower head was bad especially for such a great tub.

Closed space for luggage storage would have been better. Felt odd to just leave our bags in the hallway. Seem to be a leak under the kitchen faucet. The umbrella in the closet was broken.

The external door was sometimes not locked - if not forcefully closed, it will stay open. There was no oven tray in the kitchen nor tea towel.

The room was really comfortable. It was near some shops so I was able to buy groceries and use the kitchen to cook my meals. It was within walking distance to attractions I did each day.

It would have been nice to have more than 4 hangers in the closet. We had difficulty with the dryer in the basement accepting coins. Most units we've stay in have washers and dryers in the units.

The location was perfect! Easy access to the Commons, Freedom Trail, etc. Great restaurants in the Beacon Hill area.

Expensive! Maybe I got there when there was a convention or something. This was really the only drawback.

Very good location within walking distance of historical features. Good part of town. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and modern. Comfortable.

The female employee who contacted me regarding payment was a very rude person. She did not listen to what I was asking and explaining and also interrupted the talk. She had a temper and hung up the phone. I called again and asked another employee to change the office manager, and then they responded properly. There was a kitchenette and tableware, but there was no basic salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc., so it was hard to be used in practice. The street was relatively quiet, but the windows were thin, so soundproofing was poor. Low cost-effectiveness compared to price.

Although it was pretty costly, I chose it because it was an area I had fond memories of in Boston. It hasn't changed much from before, and the atmosphere of Boston remains. The accommodation was clean and the size was good for a single traveler.

The wifi had issues - dropped in and out by the minute (that's if you could connect to it in the first place) so don't stay here if you need to use wifi for work - to their credit they were super responsive about the issue and sent a technician out but it still did not work.

Studio #9 was fantastic with the view onto Charles Street below. Room was clean and super spacious, bottle of wine was a nice touch. The concierge team were super quick to respond to ANY enquiries which is great and super important when they are not onsite. Would highly recommend.

My husband had to buy a softer pillow!......He then slept beter.

This property is well located to visit Boston with lots of good restaurants in the area. Close to Boston Common and the Charles River there were lots of nice place to walk. The actual accommodation was average but clean and tidy.

Floors needed paint removed. Windows should be cleaned. Hard to see in the bathroom with such low light.

Location was perfect! Loved the bay window to look out in the evenings. It was quiet at night.

Bathroom shower/tub could use improvement. Shower head was one of the worst I’ve used. Bedroom was great except the A/C blows directly on you as you sleep—so either I was hot or cold—maybe a person problem. :)
