Room rate seemed exorbitant. Parking was a challenge in the evening. Would have appreciated a microwave to reheat coffee. Room was very dark; better task lighting needed. Needed a freezer to chill a cold pack for an injury, only had a mini-fridge.

spa was closed-didn't really get an overview upon checkin so didn't even know about the South Yard for example until we were leaving.

The location was convenient to get anywhere but definitely didn't feel like a walking place-I was at a conference and food was adequate nothing special otherwise didn't eat at hotel

Front desk who worked in a morning on Sunday 19 March 2023 could be a little friendlier.

We had room service for breakfast and it was good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the staff are great, Pedro the bartender was wonderful.

The bar could use some help with making better drinks especially for the price! Nicer sheets would be ideal. There was not much light in the room or bathroom. Staff was a little slow to get moving in the morning and cleaning the restaurant and patio/lobby for guests especially those of us from the East coast who are early risers.

Good location and price. Coffee in the lobby was good as well. The lobby and patio remodel was nice and we enjoyed hanging by the fireplace on the patio. Bar was convenient. Hotel appeared clean. There was a good amount of space in the bathroom and lots of counter space.

easy highway access right on the main wine route. Fun hotel with outdoor activities, which included TV's, firepits, and games. There was lots of activities and promotional booths set up for drink tasting and wine tasting. Breakfast was in the main bar area by order.

our area looked a little sad starting with the elevator and the construction area. we had breakfast one day and no expresso or latte that machine was broken since they started renovations..which doesn’t make any sense. Also we were sat in a corner and after 15 minutes we had to go and get someone to serve us..,

The food in the restaurant is currently substandard. I ordered room service one night and the salad was soggy and inedible. The choices are limited, unfortunately the quality is not what is has been in previous visits

For work purposes the location was perfect. I would like acknowledge Nicole Titus and Blossom at the front desk. Wonderful ladies, who were so helpful and delightful to deal with. I would hope management would acknowledge each of the ladies personally and thank them on my behalf

No bath tub. Staff at front desk not too welcoming. Hard to get someone in front desk when you call from the room. Parking is dark.

Hotel is going through a remodel which was not made clear upon booking this facility. Only discovered that as I received an email a day or two before from the facility directly advising they are under construction. I likely would not have booked had I known about the construction as it made getting around the hotel a little complicated.
