We love staying Here. However, for the price, continental breakfast should be free. Elevator to observation deck was broken. That was disappointing. Requested early check in. That didn't happen. No reason that shouldn't be honored. Hot Cider in the Lobby would be a nice touch if it wasnt empty for 2 days. Perpetual homeless person living in the 7-11 doorway 25 feet away is unpleasant. With the Boston Harbor Hotel so close in proximity Marriott should be more attentive to details.

Nothing of note, everything was good!

The Vacation Club was superbly located with a lovely room with all the small amenities one needs for a short stay in Boston. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed. Everything was clean and in good condition. I can only recommend!

Beautiful, historic property in downtown Boston close to North End and Freedom Trail. 360 degree observation balcony was amazing! Super attentive staff. Comfortable bed. Great Irish Pub across the street with the best Guinness we’ve had since our visit to Dublin.

No direct route from elevator. Have to drag suitcases up a few down a few stairs then go around rotunda and up a few stairs. Other than that: room was great!

Location was great. Walked to what we wanted to do. The room was beautiful and so was the building. Loved the game room in the clock tower. And the view from clock tower was incredible!! We went up there every night we stayed! Beds very comfortable.

Ambience was missing. The bar spilled out onto the breakfast room which had no ambience, felt so clinical. Really needs a better bar.

The location and the staff where professional and friendly. Suite was brilliant.

The amenities are pretty underwhelming compared to other hotels at this price range I've been to, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. (little breakfast options, no pool, tiny gym, etc.)

The room was great. We were on the 8th floor, and it felt like we were alone on it. The staff was friendly and the hotel was well situated, in walking distance from attractions like the aquarium, the old state house, Faneuil & the Quincy market. A big plus with small children!

The air conditioner was very loud and cut in and out all night. With a mezzanine bed in summer we needed it on but I think the air conditioning badly needs updating.

The location is brilliant. It’s quiet and stunning inside. The room was very comfortable and beautifully clean. We loved it.

Would have preferred a higher floor but the suites that aren’t lofted are only on lower floors. We had a young child with us.

The property is beautiful and an historic gem, located in the center of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 1 bedroom suite was beautifully appointed. Staff thinks of everything, including providing detergent for laundry and an umbrella for the unexpected showers. I would definitely recommend.

We had a two story room, which was cool, but there was no good place to put our luggage downstairs (or upstairs) and I could not haul my suitcase up the stairs and would not want to go up and down the stairs to unpack into the closet in the bedroom area.

The location was amazing. This is a really special place. The room was really cool and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we got a suite on a lower floor, the suites on the upper floors have wonderful views.

Excellent location. Very clean. Spacious suites. The Observation Deck on the 26th floor offers stunning views; went up in the morning, at sunset and at night for different looks. The laundry room on the 24th floor was very useful. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Monica at the front desk gave us plenty of information regarding cafes, restaurants and city tours. Sean at the reception was friendly and cheerful. The bartender had a lovely disposition. The gym has enough equipment to help maintain one's fitness while travelling. We had a wonderful time. Note: There is no coffee shop on site. For Five Coffee Roasters is across the street and Tradesman Coffee Shop and Lounge at the Hilton is a block or two a way (excellent coffee).

There were noises at night that were somewhat disruptive. It sounded like hydraulic elevator machine room noises.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. They were very accommodating and kind. The location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of the old town near the wharf.

My only negative was that it was brutally hot throughout the property. It's an old building and it can only run the heat OR the air conditioning, not both. So when it was 70 degrees out, the heat was still on, the rooms were 78 degrees even at night, and the windows don't open.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, it was in a location central to most of the things we wanted to visit, and the property is gorgeous!
