Our room was located near the elevator, which you could hear in one of our bedrooms making it difficult for getting a really good nights rest.

Spaciousness of our 2 bedroom villa & screened in patio was great. It came with a washer/dryer, coffee pot, dishwasher and the supplies needed to use those appliances. Lots of activities, ie swimming, blaster boats, pontoon boat to get from one side of the resort to the other. If you wanted a golf cart ride to give you a lift back to your room it was available. Plus all the other activities from a 6 hole mini golf range, basketball, ping pong, shuffle board and the mid week show at the main pool just to name a few. Also appreciated the 3 housekeeping days we received for our 1 week stay. All the staff were amazing.

We felt the mini market could have been a bit better stocked with basics for self catering.

We loved the facilities and particularly enjoyed the pool areas. It felt like a relaxing place to return to after a busy day. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The on-site activities organised by the activities team were a nice bonus for our downtime.

Could hear kids running above us on fourth floor several days of our stay, we were on 3rd floor. They try to talk you into vacation club seminar by offering a gift card. They even did this a second time by calling my room to ask again. No oven mitts, only towels and trivets.

The property was very nice and clean. My whole family appreciated how spacious the villas was. Having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining table, a desk, a living area with 2 couches a chair, and TV, and washer and dryer in the villa were impressive amenities. Both bedrooms had TVs as well. This was so much nicer than being crammed into a single or even adjoining hotel rooms for the same price. Easy Uber or drive to Disney & Universal parks. We will absolutely come back.

Nothing really. Of course they have the timeshare people right on site that you have to visit when checking in to get your parking pass. They really push for you to sit through a timeshare presentation but they were still friendly and pleasant about it. We have no interest in that at all so we politely but firmly declined but you can get some decent perks if you’re willing to sit through a sales pitch. We’ve been there and done that many times at other resorts and weren’t interested in doing it again. Most be aware it’s there.

Beautiful property with lots of recreation options right there. I love the manmade lake the property is centered around and that you can take a free shuttle boat across it and rent all sorts of paddle, peddle, or electric boat options to have fun on it yourself. Having the pools all in close vicinity to the lake is nice as well. On site food purchase available til 10pm is also nice. Just a very beautiful, well laid out property.

They do not use Apple Pay so have to carry cards around to pay for anything at the bar or shop. So if I popped down for a quick swim it would have been great to have brought a beer using Apple Pay on my watch.

The lack of privacy in the master bathroom was a little surprising. We missed the fact that the bath was right next to the bed in the photos, and the toilet area being in a shared space with the shower was less than ideal. Otherwise, the villa was wonderful!

The convenience of ordering meals from Pavilion Grill, the Clubhouse pool - our daughter LOVED the jet area, the proximity to everything in the city, and the comfortable villa were all great! We appreciated the courteous staff and the opportunity to check out an hour late. We will definitely recommend this resort to others!

The swimming pools/fitness center were a bit far from our particular building.

Beautifully kept, always love the pool/bar/music combo. We also got to have an amazing massage at the spa! And the locker room/shower availability after spa service was very nice.
