We all thought that the hotel was exceptional. The apartment size was excellent, the grounds were beautiful, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the leisure facilities were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed using the bbq and fire pits.

I can’t say that there was one thing that I didn’t like about the property!

The property was absolutely beautiful! so much to do for the kids! The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, so clean! The staff are exceptional, can’t wait to go back!

Wished the music was louder around the pool, and some of the family games seemed to go on for too long, but that's just our opinion.

Multiple pool options available, everything was clean and the staff is always nice and courteous.

The check out is earlier than others hotels and very strict with its fulfillment, a issue when your flight departures very later.

The room is very comfortable, clean, spacious, everything is very good. The swimming pools are nice and the gym too. The condominium offer many activities like mini golf, ping pong, water activities, etc. The location is convenient, near to themes parks, outlets, restaurants and supermarkets.

I wish they would show you where things are in the resort it's hard to find when it's your first time at the property , my balcony was in the back Building 69 so my view was nothing but construction another thing they should make sure your view is nice especially 1st time and wanting you to do the 90 minute tour

The bed was so comfortable omg! We slept like a baby, the jacuzzi tub was wonderful, I enjoyed the villa.

No complaints only wish I could have stayed longer.

The property was gorgeous, well manicured and everything you need is located right on the property you really don't have to leave. Everybody is nice and friendly from the time we checked everything was in order, gave advice of what's on the area and the activities that are available on the property. I took advantage of the stretch class the instructor was knowledgeable and fun. I can't say enough about the property it was immaculate. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be visiting again!

Property was really large. Hard to find my villa. Building numbers weren't very conspicuous. But was not a major issue. Still a great property once I found the villa.

Very clean and well maintained property. Very quiet and comfortable. Large villa with natural scenery from balcony. It was hard to tell that I was so close to all of the attractions. Great place.

We loved everything location, building, staff. We had a U-Haul trailer when we checked in; security showed us where to park and then showed us to our villa. Our truck was hooked up to the trailer when we checked out the van driver picked us up and took us to out vehicle.

Marriott's Cypress Harbour Villas was beautiful. The room was impeccably clean, beds were comfortable, we loved the hot tub, and the screened in patio. We truly wished we could've stayed longer, we'll definitely be back!!

We enjoyed the size of the resort and multiple pools located throughout the place . The grills throughout the property was an extra touch so we could have BBQ for most of our dinners.

I would have loved to have more dining options on site.

I'm an avid review reader BEFORE booking hotels. I read hundreds of reviews before settling on Mariott Cypress for our first Orlando/Disney trip. I'm so glad I chose this place. We are a family of five (including two teenagers) and it was great. It was clean. Lots of great space so we could spread out. What I loved most was the plethora of activities for the family including arcade, pool, bike riding, tennis, mini-golf etc. etc. It's super close to shopping. Beautiful facilities. The staff was awesome... such as Randy at the Lakehouse and David from Haiti. Randy made our time on the lake super fun while boating. Katrina was super friendly on the shuttle and went the extra mile for us. I could go on and on. It was priced right for four days. We will be back. Well worth the money! No regrets at all and only 12 -15 minutes from Disney and three minutes from SeaWorld. (Recommendation... get a room in buildings 64-66 because it's really quiet and away from the activities areas.)

My primary complaint would be the lack of a variety of pillow options for the beds, but it wasn't so bad that we wouldn't return. Also, the furniture in our room (couch/loveseat/chair) felt quite used and wasn't as comfortable. But none of these are reasons that would prevent us from coming back in the future.

Our villa was fantastic. It was spacious, quiet, clean, and a nice retreat for us. The resort was also tidy and accommodating. The staff were very kind (we loved getting waved at anytime we ran into a staff member!) Our kids loved the pool and we loved how family friendly the resort was.
