Too many rules. There was a ridiculous height requirement for the pool slide, you had to get out of the pool for some kind of ‘break’ every two hours. You can’t bring your own drinks to the pool, but you can buy theirs of course. No floats in the pool. Check-in is at 4:00 pm, but apparently that doesn’t mean your room will be ready at that time. Ours wasn’t ready until almost 5:00 pm. No business center so if you needed to get any work done outside of your room, not an option.

The Room was too small for the price. If you have anxiety or claustrophobic make sure to get a one bedroom or bigger.

Overall the hotel was Beautiful and had many amenities to enjoy and love.

Check in-check out times not convenient, e.g. check in at 4 is too late. Pool schedule not practical if you stay only one night. No phone service, no wifi. The Enclaves apartments: difficult to find your unit..

I didn’t like the room. The reception told me it had a pool and golf course View but really mostly it had a view of the roof of the utility building near the pool. I prefer not to use a/c if the weather is nice and the window only opened about an inch or so.

Location is about 20 minutes from everything, definitely need a car. The restaurant onsite is closed indefinitely although they offer a restaurant discount card, nothing is in walking distance.

Super late check in (wasn’t given access until 5pm), no dinner restaurant on property, very few things to do with kids contrary to advertising, disgusting pack and play not safe for children to sleep in (when called about this, they instead sent someone to set it up for us instead of replace it), unenthused staff, decor is like an airport hotel. not a resort feel to this place whatsoever.

It was more like a motel than an upscale hotel complex. Since it was so spread out, streets ran through it and it was noisy. No restaurant in this complex so we had to drive everywhere. Resort fee was very high for what you get.

There were walking paths on the grounds. there was a good coffee maker in the room. Easy parking by your room. very large bathroom with two sinks.

We have stayed at this resort many times and we were always happy with our room. This stay was a little different. The room that they gave us was little more than a closet without a balcony just a window. I wonder if they give this type of a room to people that book through a third party. Won't be returning.

The property itself was very nice with multiple swing pools, tennis courts and a beautiful golf course. Just a really nice resort.

The room was old and not very clean. In addition, all the sheets and towels were worn out. Our room was not cleaned during our stay and the safe in the room was locked, so we couldn’t use it.

I liked the poolside grill and the fact that it was a kid friendly resort.

There were about 10 kids on top of us and non stop stomping and running from morning til midnight. Not a good idea to give a family with that many kids an upstairs room. very noisy

Some of the amenities were not available. The 10:00 am checkout time is getting earlier and earlier. With a 4:00 pm check-in, my expectation was that the rooms would have been cleaner. I requested a noon checkout and was surprised that my request was denied. I also didn't like the fact that I received a call the morning of our checkout trying to sell another stay...very tactless.

The rooms could have been cleaner. It appeared that a quick touchup was done prior to our arrival. I brought gloves and cleaning supplies to make my stay more comfortable.

We found a dead bug on the carpet. The DVD player was not in the room and it took over an hour to get one.

There weren't enough staff for spring break at poolside bars. Our room was dirty. We moved to a second room. It was also dirty. The toilet broke twice. The bathroom door kept getting locked due to faulty handle. The room was small but did the job. If we stayed again we would upgrade our room but the price was really expensive so hard to swallow more money but a dirty room.

The pools and property were beautiful. We enjoyed the beautiful weather & sunshine poolside.

Policy verbalized to us by front desk staff as well as printed on paper was that pools are to be closed at 1pm for evacuation and sanitizing, however pools were NOT evacuated (guests still coming in) and pools were NOT sanitized as informed. Our room was facing the Snake bites pool and we can see the pools from our balcony. Called front desk and staff to inquire and they stated pool staff might be running behind. Pools were never closed and people were still being allowed to enter. Additionally, there are two pool sessions (AM and PM) with designated colored wristbands but front desk staff stated we can enjoy the pools anytime despite the color of our designated wristband and they don’t really check or limit capacity during the week.
