Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOdd hatch above shower didn't close properly as it was warped and could have been easy placement for camera angled towards toilet. Elevators smelled odd during our stay until Sunday when the overpowering cleaning chemical smell made riding the elevator almost unbearable.
Rollout desk and TV slide were clutch! Modern adjustable thermostat was easy to use. Room and shower felt well cleaned and maintained.

United StatesI did not like that the shower leaked horribly all over the bathroom floor, the fact that the extra pillows that we asked for stunk horribly and the fact that the pool was closed. When we booked on Booking.com it said that the pool was open and this was the reason we booked with this hotel. When we got there we were informed that due to Covid the pool was closed. I found this funny because we have stayed in many different hotels throughout the Covid pandemic and the pools have been open. In fact we had just stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott in Staunton, VA the night before and the pool there was open. So this was really a huge letdown for us. One other issue that we had was that our floor constantly smelled like Marijuana and we also smelled it when getting out of our car.
