Phone did not work in the room. The restaurant is very small and the tables are so close together people could not even fit through without moving their neighbor's table so they could squeeze by. We had to wait in line for quite some time. We went once and didn't go again. There certainly was no physical distancing in the restaurant and it is way too crowded to feel relaxed or even comfortable.

Room was small for the price. Could hear NYC traffic outside the window which kept me up at night-big negative. Price for the location was not worth it. It's next to Penn Station and Harlow Square but at least 10-15blocks from the theater district/Times Square area.

Breakfast was excellent. Queen bed room was small and tight, and the bathroom was small. However, the linens and bed were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was excellent. There was ample coffee/tea/toiletries. Room was cleaned daily. AC was excellent and guests can change temperature to their liking.

Checking out was a bit slow because the lines were long and only about 3 staff were at the desk.

Breakfast was good but too expensive! Location is just perfect. It’s closer to everything.

The bathroom very small and needed a vanity or maybe just a mirror above the desk so that hair, makeup, etc could be done while someone in the bathroom. Also, the shower appeared clean, but had pink slime/mold in track of shower.

The staff was very nice, from the doorman to the waiter! the entrance way beautiful and close to our interests, like the friends attraction, park, eataly market, and 5th ave.

The air conditioning in the room made a lot of noise. it kept waking us up at night.

With great location comes nightly noise in NYC, especially in Korean town. But it was all from the streets. Could not hear other guest rooms!

very clean, no weird smells in the room - you can tell the entire property is smoke free - location is absolutely amazing - liked the fact that the door person checks people going in in the evening - parking is available right across the street - staff was extremely helpful with tips for the subway and explaining the $30 resort fee/food credit. We liked the restaurant’s bistro atmosphere - for NYC, the prices were cheap!

We changed our room from triple occupancy to double and took another room for the third person. After heavy discussion the hotel gave only a pittance as refund for downgrading. Very unreasonable.

The location was excellent. The staff were helpful. Lot of shopping nearby. Penn station was walking distance. Vallet helped us get a car for a long distance ride at reasonable rates at check out time.

Great location super close to Times Square and Koreatown. Lots of great restaurants and sights (Empire state building, grand central, etc) in walking distance. Rooms are clean, as spacious as can be expected for a downtown NYC hotel. Our room had a mini-fridge too.
