The location was nice. Beautiful view of the harbor and it was across from the Mall. 10 minutes away from the airport. I really felt the Aloha spirit from the front desk start.

Nice garden with games, beach access and a pool table. The staff was friendly and the rooms where clean.

United States19 reviews1 helpful vote“Okeish.”There was some extra charge, booking.com has quoted me $316.04 per night, but I was charged in total $326.02. Not sure why. I wanted to leave my bags for 1 night while I am away, and called in advance to enquire about it. The receptionist told me that it is possible. But when I actually tried to do so, I was told that this is impossible. They do not keep bags overnight. This was unpleasant suprise. Bad training / communications.
Good enough for 1 night stay while you transfer to the airport, but not more.

Especially a staff named Rena she was very reluctant. Every time we ask her for help she just don’t know anything. Example we were desperate for some information about tours around Maui as we only had 2 days and the only help you can get there was from reception.. useless !!

Facilities need some updating.”Our room was very small and we could not open the curtains due to the parking lot right in front of the window. We did not use the pool as it faces the main road and not the nice garden area. There were very few options close by for eating and the onsite restaurant and bar were not open when we arrived in the afternoon.
Very convenient free shuttle from the airport. We enjoyed hanging out in the nice grounds with a view of the water. Clean room with comfortable bed.

Easy to het to from airport. central to all highway taking you around the island. Fabulous rocking chairs outside I sat all evening rocking and listening to the waves. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend if you just want a base and are not looking for a “resort”.

Our originally booked room was very small. We upgraded to a larger king, ocean front. Much better for a weeks stay. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful.
